CHAPTER TWENTY TWO. Mr Sabastian Wilson was seated on the porch, reading the news when Kathleen walked up to him with a smile on her face.

He immediately got alarmed because of the creepy smile on her face, he knew she was up to no good.

"What do you want Kathleen?" He asked, without looking up from the news he was reading. After his daughter died, he has found the behavior of his wife and daughter somewhat suspicious. They were always being sweet to Amy but once she died, they always bad-mouthed her and he didn't like it at all.

"Can't a husband and a wife have a little chat?,it's been awhile Sabastian. We should go back to the once happy family we were". Deep in her mind, she was cursing him repeatedly. Truth be told, she never loved him and only married him because of his money. When his wife died and he was on a quest to look for a new mother for his little daughter, she grabbed the opportunity and began to appear in front of him all the time and he took a liking to her. They got married and had two daughters but even up to this day, there was no single love for this man in her heart. She was just interested in his wealth. "Tell me Kathleen, what do you want?I know you and that's why I am asking". "Okay then, I will just go straight to the point. I need you to sign some important documents for me".

He glared at her suspiciously," what kind of documents?". "It's about Aluta holdings, that's all". She answered.

"I have to read it first before I sign it". He was still talking when one of the helpers walked up to him and muttered something in his ears.

"I will be right back" saying that he stood up and left immediately, Kathleen also followed. It was a call on the landline for him. "Hello"

"Good day sir". Rubby's voice could be heard from the other end.

"Who am I speaking with?" Sabastian asked. "It is Damian Martin's assistant".

When Kathleen heard the name, she immediately moved closer to hear more, Damian Martins asked his assistant to call her husband but why?. "Yes, tell me why you have called":

"The big boss has asked for a meeting with you, you are free to decline though". It was a simple message but held so much authority. Before he could say anything, Kathleen snatched the phone from his hands. "Of course he will be there, just tell us the time and the address". "It will be messaged to you". Like that the call got disconnected.

"What was that for?" Sabastian snapped at his wife.

"Don't be a fool Mr Wilson, he wants a collaboration with you" Kathleen answered, "you should better not waste this opportunity and sign a contract with him, it's a good thing". He looked at her helplessly and walked away, she was just too much. Kathleen kept smiling as her husband walked away. To her, her luck was already shining. Working with Damian Martins was like hitting the jackpot in one day, her greedy nature overshadowed her sense of reasoning. Will the big boss actually sign a deal with them? She has to watch and watch.

The two couples walked into the private room, she was meeting her father today and he could see the nervous look on her face.

"Hey baby, you need to relax okay" Damian said cupping her face.

"I'm just scared hubby, how will he react after all these years?” she answered in a shaky voice, he knew she was about to cry.

"Relax, I am here with you right?" He asked and she nodded, " so don't worry, nothing will go wrong. I will speak with him first and if you don't feel like it, you won't meet him".

"Thank you hubby".

"Just stay in this room okay, he will be here

any minute".

"Okay" she replied, he kissed her forehead and walked out. Truly Sabastian was already seated in the other room when he entered, the two men stared at each other for a while before Damian sat opposite him. Sabastian used this time to really look at him, he was just as people had described him, fearless and ruthless. He had a kingly dominating aura from him and for the first time in his life, Sabastian Wilson felt inferior to someone.

"! Thank you for honoring my invitation" Damian said after a while, this was his wife's father, he had to show respect.

"I refuse to believe that Mr Damian is really less busy to meet someone like me" Sabastian spoke up and Damian gave a short laugh.

"You are right Mr Wilson, I am a very busy man but when it comes to the closest person to me, I am not busy".

"Why have you called? You want to start a project with me?"

Damian scoffed, "I have everything I need in life, I do not need to work with someone, especially not your business". "Meaning?" Sabastian had a feeling that this was not just an ordinary meeting, if he didn't want to have a collaboration with him, why has he called. "Your daughter wants to see you, left for me I wouldn't let her but she is still your daughter" he finally went straight to the point.

Sabastian had a confused look on his face, " I see my daughters everyday, I don't understand what you mean?.

Just then they felt someone walk into the room, Sabastian turned towards the door and had the shock of his life. "Amy?" He muttered under his breath as he stood up from his seat.

"Dad" Teresa muttered as she ran and pounced in his embrace. Sabastian had a questionable look on his face as his eyes darted from Damian to the lady in his embrace.

"Dad" Amy muttered again as she sobbed in his embrace, for a while, her dad was speechless.

"Amy?" He asked again as they disengaged from the hug.

"Father, yes it's me, your Amy". Sabastian still couldn't believe what he was seeing," but you died right in that accident, so how come you are alive and healthy?"." Dad, just sit down and I will tell you everything". She helped her father to sit down and she sat beside him.

"What happened baby, talk to me". He couldn't wait to know what happened. His daughter that he has mourned for four years was suddenly in front of him.

"Dad, I will tell you everything but please be calm okay, promise?

"I promise baby" he replied turning to look at Damian," first of all, who is this man to you?" Husband," she replied.

His mouth opened in awe again, there is a lot of surprises for him today.

"Okay, we can discuss that later, tell me what happened". She cleared her throat and began to narrate everything that happened four years ago to him without leaving any details out and how Damian helped her throughout all those years. By the time she finished, the father and daughter duo were in tears. Sabastian cupped her face and gave her a hug, truly his daughter suffered alot and it was because of his demonic family. As the thought crossed his mind, his eyes turned red, he was visibly angry.

"So Kathleen and her daughters did this to you and have been lying to me all these years?I will make all of them pay for what they have done and that Delvin, I won't spare him". He spoke through gritted teeth. "Calm down dad, don't stress yourself on that, I will handle it". That was when it dawned on him," are you the one responsible for all that has been happening to them?". "Of course dad, I will make them pay dearly for what they did to me". "Wow, Impressive. My daughter has become more mature" he said and hugged her again. His happiness knew no bounds, he was truly happy to see his daughter again after so long.

"Thank you so much Mr Damian, I owe you a lot' he said turning to him.

"You don't owe me anything Mr Wilson, her life is more important than anything in this world and I will make sure that family of yours pay dearly for hurting her". For a moment, Sabastian was stunned, this man didn't even give regards that it was his family involved and threatened them in his presence but part of him was happy that she found someone who she

could rely on. "Dad, listen to me carefully, Kathleen is already planning on making you sign a document concerning thirty billion dollars because of her goods that were confiscated by me though, I just want you to pretend not to be aware and sign the document okay". "But why, we need to teach those dweebs a good lesson" Sabastian snapped. "Look dad, all their lives are in my hands, I will take every single thing away from them and make them pay okay, just don't worry when you hear news about your companies dad, I will

not let you suffer I promise". "I trust you more than I trust myself Amy, do whatever will make those three regret being alive". "Thank you dad, just continue acting like you know nothing, I will handle everything". "Okay baby, am so happy you are alive, but you could have contacted me the moment you regained consciousness".

"Am sorry dad" she replied smiling at him, all the nervousness she felt earlier has all vanished. She was really happy to see her dad. "You don't think signing only a marriage certificate will make my daughter completely yours right?" He asked, looking at Damian.

"Don't worry about that Mr Wilson, when the time comes, you will see what I have planned". Sabastian was really happy that these two were together and for his family, he will wait and watch a good show.
