Finding Emery

Emery finished the food she was given and then found her clothes in a yellow bag under the bed. She quickly went to the bathroom and had a shower washing her body with the warm water instead of the cold water at the beach showers. She could of stayed forever in the warm water but she had to get back incase her daddy came back today. She didn't know how long she had been away but it had been long enough.

Once Emery was dressed she left the bathroom and creeped towards the door seeing them man in the black suit talking to the woman in blue again. She opened the door quietly just enough to squeeze out and slowly walked towards the exit. You see if you ran, people noticed you, but if you were slow, people didn't pay attention.

Before anyone noticed Emery was out of the hospital and heading back towards the shed to check on her best friend 'Nix'. Nix was a pink teddy she had had since she was a baby. She felt bad that she had left Nix by her self for so long but she couldn't help it.

The doctor turned up to inform Myles that the little girl was in fact Emery Quake daughter of Marcus. As they both entered the room, it was empty. "Where is she?" The doctor asked Myles who turned pale. His job was to keep guard of the girl just in case she was the missing niece of Michael and he had failed.

Dr Dash pressed the emergency button locking the hospital down immediately while Myles knew he had to make the call to his boss. Security checked the cameras and watched Emery walk out of her room and then right out of the hospital going unnoticed by everyone.

Michael answered the call he was dreading, but hoping it was going to be good news. He and the boys were sitting at the dining table having breakfast. None of them wanted to get their hopes up that the little girl Michael had found yesterday was Emery. Michael had spent the night tossing and turning without getting much sleep. He was waiting to hear the news about the little girl he had found. "Boss the girl, it's Emery" Myles stated down the line.

Michael shot out of his seat knocking it backwards as the four boys watched on. "It's her? It's our Emmy" Michael repeated. "Yes boss but we have a problem" Myles replied stuttering a little. "What problem?" Michael gritted out. He would murder anyone who would create a problem now he had his niece back home.

The four boys were getting ready to go to the hospital and finally be reunited with Emery when they heard Michael ask about a problem. They all stopped watching on and wanting to hear what problem.

Myles took a deep breath before saying "she is gone. She walked straight out of the hospital unnoticed and we don't know where she is gone" Myles stated. He knew he would be in trouble for losing the girl when they had just found her. He had been flirting with the pretty nurse who was in charge of the girls care and didn't even think that the girl was Emery. He knew he would be in trouble but hoped that they would find the girl quickly and his punishment wouldn't be harsh.

"What do you mean she walked out of the hospital without being seen? You were suppose to be guarding her. Where the hell is my niece Myles?" Michael screamed. "She isn't here boss but security and the police are looking for her. She couldn't of gone far" Myles rushed out hoping to appease his boss. "I'll be there in 10 minutes and you better pray to whatever god you worship that in that time they find me my niece or you will be meeting your god sooner then planned" Michael yelled before hanging up and heading out to his car.

"Dad what's going on?" Seb asked his father. "That little girl we found yesterday is our Emery but the guard assigned let her walk straight out of the hospital and now she is missing again" Michael stated. Taz, Chase and Jasper were furious where as Seb always was the calmer more reasonable one. "She wouldn't of gone far, we will find her" Seb responded before they broke into two groups and headed for the hospital.

Michael and the boys walked into the hospital which was now swarmed with their men. Myles was working with security trying to find Emery on one of the cameras and which way she had gone after exiting the building. "Have you found her?" Michael demanded. Myles hadn't seen them all walk in and jumped at the sound of Michaels voice. "No boss" he whispered.

"Get to work, I want the entire area searched. I want the hackers watching traffic cams. People at bus stops and checking cars. We find Emery today" Jasper called out as his father was watching security footage of Emery walking straight out of her room and exiting the hospital while the guard was busy chatting to a nurse.

Michael slowly stood up and stalked towards Myles who was standing against the wall. He knew it was just a matter of time before he would be punished for losing Emery. "I'm warning you Myles, if I don't have my niece in my arms by the end of the day, you will meet a very unfortunate accident. Do I make myself clear?" Michael asked in almost a whisper which seem to scare the guy more. Myles nodded his head before running off to join the men out searching for the little girl.

"Dad, I'm so sorry. I shouldn't of made you leave last night" Jasper stated. He felt guilty for not staying himself. They had Emery back and both men walked away because they didn't want to be hurt if the little girl turned out to be someone else. "I'm going to find my niece" is all Michael said before he headed out of the hospital to go and look for the little girl.
