All I Wanted

“She does not” Chase voice interrupted me from finishing my statement and the whole crowd was now focusing on him. “You again?!” justin yelled and it was clear that he was upset but Chase didn’t seem to give two f***s.

“I'told you to be careful of him and that he wasn't who he seemed to be but you just wouldn't listen, I'm sure you'd listen after some evidence” Chase said and a woman walked in with her kid.

She was the same woman I saw while walking Kiki and she was the one that had the expensive Range Rover that was parked outside Justin's mansion.

“What sort of rubbish is this, who let them in?” Justin roared but it didn’t affect Chase, Chase ordered the woman and her so to move to the front of the church.

“Good morning ladies and gentlemen, after what I am about to say I'm not sure it'll be a good morning to you” Chase smirked and gave Justin a deadly glare.

“You see this young man here, he’s the husband to this slim lady here and the father to this adorable toothless boy” Chase said and the crowd gasped in shock.

” You must be insane please get out, I don't even know them, I've never seen them in my life” justin denied and it was at this point I knew he was lying because I had seen the woman coming out of his mansion the other day.

“Justin that's not true” I silently said and tears started to roll down my cheek, they weren't tears of being lied to but tears of relief because I was glad I wasn't married to him yet.

He stretched out his hands to hold me but I immediately jerked his hands away and left the alter, leaving the angry man an the confused priest behind.

“Settle down your horses, that's not all I have for you, come in my dear future father-in-law’ Chase yells as the image before me shook me.

“Dad!” I yell as I threw the flowers to the floor and ran to him, i pulled him in a tight hug and he hugged me back.

He looked so unkept and lean, his beards were overgrown and the white strands on his hair looked messy.

“What happened?” I cried excitedly as I asked the man who wouldn't release me from his embrace.

“I'l tell you what happened” Chase smirked and dramatically pointed to Justin who was now frozen and speechless on the spot.

“Your dear husband here kidnapped your father in order to pretend like a hero and make you fall for him or make you feel like you owed him a debt” Chase said while stressing the word husband.

I bursted into tears as I still couldn't understand what was happening to me, my whole life that seemed to be crumbling has suddenly started to come together and I just wasn't sure of how it was happening.

“This is all bullshit! I've been framed” Justin yelled and made an attempt to come towards Chase but Chase raised a finger shunning him to not come closer.

“Why isn't anyone calling the police?” a man from the crowd made an attempt to say something and everyone seemed to lik and accept the man's choice so they called the police.

Justin panicked and was stuttering words that doesn't make any sense but it was over for him already, he knew he had no hope anymore so he intended to run.

He ran as fast as he could but slipped over a wet floor and landed his head on the hard tiles yelling immediately.

The congregation bursted into a big laughter and different pictures of him were taken, the famous doctor has turned to be an infamous kidnapper and lier.

The police soon came in and they reached to drag his hands but he shunned them and told them he would walk by himself. Immediately he was arrested, everyone soon started to go to their various home and I decided to reach for Justin's wife. “Hey!” I greeted her and she flashed a bitter smile at me, it wasn't her fault after all her husband has just been arrested and she was left with just a son.

“I'm sorry for everything” I apologized and she waved her hand to cut me off.

“It's actually nothing, it's fine after all I no longer have to suffer from a husband who maltreats me because I had a baby fror a night stand with him” she said and a year dropped down from her eyes.

I pulled her closer to me and hugged her tightly as she completely broke in my embrace.

“You're invited to my house any time you want to, I would surely want to see how his teeth are growing” I smiled and we bot laughed, the little boy who clearly doesn’t understand what we were talking about also laughed.

She walked away from me after I gave her my contact and promised to visit me, I watched her as she left the church and I went to meet my Father.

I hugged him again because I have really missed him and thought he left me alone not knowing that Justin had actually kidnapped him.

“Thank you for not leaving Dad” I said and he kissed me on my forehead.

" The priest is still here” Chase said and tucked his hands in his pocket letting out a sarcastic grin and my father laughed. “How about you two get married here” he said and I was shocked at how he now likes Chase.

My father walked me back to the entrance and held my hands as we walked down the hall, I couldn't stop myself from smiling all through and this time it was genuine.

Chase reached for me and collected my hands from my Dad and I flashed him the most genuine and generous smile I have ever given someone especially in the past few days of my life.

The confused priest looked at us but had no choice but to bless us and join us together.

We exchanged the vows and I didn't seem to be nervous exchanging the vows with Chase.

“Do you take Chase Hunter as your lawful husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and cherish until death do you part?”

"I dot” I shrieked and Kate bursted into a big laughter which was pretty contagious and I laughed too.

The priest was about to announce that we could kiss but before he said it I jumped on Chase and smashed my lips against his immediately.

The priest whispered something to himself and laughed silently, my father covered his face and also muttered to him self but the only thing that mattered was Chase and I
