Chapter 9
Every brother that stood to protect Finn and the baby followed the van she was being transported in. Tex was riding in front with his club brothers while the others were right behind them, not leaving until they were safely back at Tex's club house. Myles had wanted to ride but knew he needed to be with his sister. She needed him now and there was no way in hell he would leave her side at all.
Zane and Sally had watched them all leave and then had headed to Sally's car ready to leave the compound of the clubhouse they once loved. "Why did you fucken stop me uncle Stu?" Jarrod yelled. "Did you see the damage that your old lady caused to that girl? I have known her for years and I wouldn't of been able to tell it was Finn if someone hadn't told me" Stu yelled back. "She is gone now, Finn will be my old lady no matter what" Jarrod yelled back causing Sally and Zane to turn to their son.
"You can't force her to love you. You can't force her to be here after everything you got your club to do" Sally stated. "She loved me, she will again. Regardless of love, we will be together. She has my son" Jarrod fumed out. "Forcing that girl back here, where her own family turned on her, will cause more damage then you already have. We tried to tell you and you refused to listen. This is on you Jarrod and your mother and I will have no further part in this club or you unless you back off. Let the poor girl heal for Christ sake" Zane fumed. "She will be my old lady" Jarrod yelled again.
Zane reacted quickly and punched his son in the face. He couldn't believe this was the man he had raised. He had taught his son how to respect women and yet, here he was about to force a woman who was traumatised and fighting for her life and that of her baby, to be with the man that had harmed her for months. "You picked the wrong girl and this is the consequence you stupid boy. You are just as bad as her father, the man you promised to protect Finn from years ago" Zane spat at his son. "I will make it up to her. Please dad" Jarrod whispered realising what his father was saying was right.
Zane stepped back and shook his head. "Do you think there is any making up for what this entire club did to her? Name 5 ranking members here who were loyal to Finn?" Zane asked. Sally was glaring at the old ladies and bunny's who had hurt Finn knowing she was pregnant. They couldn't meet her eyes at all. "I um, Myles was loyal" Jarrod stated. "And he is gone along with the rest that were loyal to Finn. The one man who was suppose to protect her and hurt her the most, you have standing beside you Jarrod m, wake up to yourself" Sally added pointing at Taylor before slipping into her car.
Zane, Sally and Stu headed off. They wanted nothing more to do with that part of their lives. They once were proud of being a sniper but now they weren't. Jarrod took off into the club house smashing everything he could get his hands on. The mirrors were pulled from the walls, the alcohol bottles smashed on the bar. It looked like a bomb went off but he didn't feel any better at all.
Taylor wasn't much better at all. He felt like shit once he saw his daughter, he was brought to his knees vomiting bile all over the front of his shirt.
One of the old ladies, who had been friends with his first wife, whisper to him "your real wife would never forgive you. She would be so ashamed of what you did to her baby" and he knew she was right. Why had he thrown away his little girl? She was the spitting image of his first love and he never could handle looking at her after his wife had died but it was no excuse.
He was out for blood and first one on his hit list was Jarrod. If he could he would beat himself but he couldn't and he wanted someone to blame. "You!" Taylor screamed storming towards Jarrod. Jarrod swung around glaring at Taylor, he too was out for blood. "You did this to her" both screamed at the same time before they started swinging at each other.
It was violent, both men were trying to hurt each other and didn't care if they got hurt. They both knew they deserved every hit they got. It ended just as quickly, with both men collapsing on the floor panting and glaring at each other. Both had blood dripping from their noses and mouth but neither felt they won. "She won't ever forgive us" Taylor panted out. He knew he didn't deserve forgiveness at all. He had literally thrown his daughter away and told the club she would be a bunny. All for his second wife who he couldn't stand anyway. "She will, with time. I will win my girl back" Jarrod said with conviction. He had to, he needed her to forgive him so maybe he could try to forgive himself.
Jarrod ordered everyone in the club to clean up the house. The first thing he would do is make this place better. When Finn came back, the place would look completely different so it wouldn't hold bad memories for her. It would be suitable for his son as well.
When the van had finally pulled up at Tex's club house Finn was sobbing. She was in so much pain and needed to lay down. "Get me out please" Finn sobbed to her brother. Myles jumped out of the van taking Finn carefully in his arms. "I got you Finn" Myles whispered.
Sally jumped out of the card ordering people around. Tex grabbed Jai who was ready for a feed and followed Sally who was ordering his members around. Myles laid his sister on the hospital bed and gently caressed his sisters head. He wanted to take her pain away from her. Sally got to work setting up the pump for Finn to pump milk for Jai. She then set up a drip to get some panadol into her system quickly. She hoped it would take the edge off her pain. Most of the brothers stood outside the door wanting to help the girl any way they could.
Tex headed out and thanked the brothers from the different clubs, for getting Finn out of the snipers club house. He swore to each president he owed them one, but none of them would cash in. They respected Finn after seeing the damage that was done to her body to protect her little boy. She was a true warrior in there eyes and they were glad to have escorted her. Finn was a hero to all clubs except the one club that was suppose to protect her.
