Thrown Away

The minute Myles said the same words his father had, he knew it was the biggest mistake ever. It was confirmed when his sister turned her back on him and her shoulders shook. "Finlay, I shouldn't of said that" Myles said softly. He hated himself right at this very moment. He didn't mean to cause his sister pain at all. "Finn I have a terrible illness, it's call foot in mouth disease. You called me out on my shit and I lashed out" Myles said softly walking over to his sister. He just wanted to wrap her up and protect her, even from himself at this point.

Finn refused to look at her brother, she was so deeply hurt by him and was worried he would be just like his father. "I'll never be a bunny, you need to stop treating me like I'm a possession because people in the club will do the same" Finn stated. After what she had been through with the snipers, she wanted nothing to do with the club at all. "No way in hell are you a bunny" Myles stated firmly.

"Finlay, I just want you safe. After what the snipers did and I had no way of protecting you, I am trying now. I know that sounds like a cop out and I'm sorry. I'll stop telling you what to do. After you were beaten, I realised how much I didn't protect you. Fucken hell Finn, you used your body to stop Lenox and Louise hurting your son. I felt weak compared to you" Myles stated shaking his head. Finn turned around to look at her brother, he wasn't weak at all, he stayed at a club he hated to protect her from her own father. He had given up his title for her and that was the strongest thing he ever did in her eyes.

"Myles" Finn began before sitting up quickly and vomiting all down the front of her brother. Myles hated vomit and immediately jumped back screaming like a little girl. Tex and Sally flew into the room not sure who was screaming or why. Tex took one look at Myles and began to laugh. "Get it off, get it off" Myles was chanting to anyone who would listen.

Finn was horrified she had vomited on her brother. She knew he hated vomit and always had done but she couldn't help it. "I guess we are even" Finn stated before laying back down because she was exhausted. "This is not even Finlay. You did this on purpose" Myles cried trying to hold the shirt away from his body.

Sally helped Myles get his shirt off as Finn dozed off. Tama had come in to see what all the noise was about and also laughed at Myles' expense. Myles was grumbling about Finn doing it on purpose even though he knew she hadn't. The four settled in the room watching over Finn and Jai while they slept hoping the doctor didn't come back to kick them out.

"She is going to leave the club, she doesn't trust that she would not be thrown away again. I can see it in her face because we all fucked up. She said when they are out of here, she is going" Myles finally said. "I want to make her a member, show her that we are her true family and have her back. Most of the clubs around would be happy to have her as a member after what she did to save her son. The amount of brothers who want a claim on her is scary. If she is a member of our club, then no one can claim her, not even Jarrod" Tex stated. Sally had been quiet, she had listened to Finn and listened to her husband and nephew talk but not once had they spoken about what Finn had wanted. Yes she was guilty of treating her the same. Once it was pointed out though, she wouldn't make the same mistake again.

"Stop making decisions for her and ask her what she wants. Since her mother died, everyone has made decisions for her, told her what to do. And right now you are doing the same saying you are going to make her a member of a MC just so she can't leave. What if that's what she wants? What if she doesn't want Jai growing up like she did? Ask the poor girl if she wants that. I don't care how many brothers want to claim her and have offered, if Finn doesn't want them, then they will back off or I'll chop their dicks off" Sally said firmly. All three men moved their hands to the dicks because the way Sally sounded right this very second, she was serious about chopping someones dick off.

"Ok well I'll ask her then" Tex finally spoke up. "Hallelujah you are using your head for once" Sally stated "don't say a word Tama" she added when he went to open his mouth. Tama was a smart arse and Sally had seen that first hand. "I didn't say anything" Tama mumbled.

Jai woke up first and Sally jumped straight up. "Hey little man" Sally cooed at the baby who just looked at her. "Ok so you are angry at me too for how I treated your mumma. I get it and I'm sorry" Sally said. Jai just studied the woman still unsure and then looked around the room. Jai didn't know where he was. "Hey Bud, your mumma is right next to you" Myles stated. Jai just looked at Myles the same way he looked at Sally. "Ok you are mad at me too. I made up with your mum, overprotective much?" Myles stated.

Tama stood up and walked over to Jai, Jai immediately put his arms up. He remembered he felt safe in Tama's arms. Tex laughed at Sally and at Myles who both looked like they had been kicked in the guts. Tama picked Jai up who rubbed his little face over Tama's shirt before sighing.

Finn reached for her son in her sleep about 40 minutes after he had want be picked up by Tama and couldn't feel him. Immediately she sat bolt upright scanning for her son. "Hey Finn it's ok, I got Jai right here. He is back to sleep in my arms. He woke up and wanted to be picked up then after an explosive nappy, he went back to sleep" Tama assured Finn. Finn nodded her head scanning her son who looked tiny in Tama's arms. "I want my son" Finn declared unsure of Jai being away from her. "No problems Finn"

Tama stated seeing the fear in Finn's eyes. He handed her Jai and sat next to her on the bed. Yes, Sally and Myles couldn't help but smile at the fact that Finn hadn't tensed her body next to a man which was her normal MO.
