Thrown Away

Finn finished her breakfast quietly not bothering to look at her family who she knew were watching her. "I'll take him now" Finn whispered when she was done eating. Jai grabbed onto Tama's shirt and held tight. He enjoyed studying this new person who kept making faces at him. "Come on Jai, let's go get ready" Finn whispered wanting to get the hell out of the clubhouse. She didn't care if she didn't shower for the day at all.

Jai looked at his mother then back at Tama and just smiled at his mum. He didn't want to let go of Tama at all. Jai felt how calm Tama was and liked it. "Come on buddy mummy wants to go to our place" Finn pleaded with her son. She didn't want to be around Myles or her aunt and uncle at the moment. All they had done is yell and demand things this morning just like her old clubhouse and she wasn't feeling safe. Finn had no idea what had happened the night before with Jarrod. She also didn't know that the club had been out dealing with the snipers all night and most members hadn't slept.

"Just leave him where he is happy" Tex barked out. Finn flinched slightly and turned her gaze to the floor. "No one wants to be dealing with a squealing baby today Finlay" Tex added harshly. Finn nodded her head once and sat quietly next to Tama who was frowning at her uncle. "Go shower and get dressed Finn" Myles stated realising that Finn was still in her pjs and more members were piling in for food. He didn't like the way that people were checking out his sister.

Finn stood and went to take her son who let out a loud screech in protest. He liked being in the clubhouse looking around as long as the brothers stayed away from him. Jai felt safe in Tama's arms and was happy to interact with him while he was calm. Jai had never protested when Finn when to take him from anyone so Finn wasn't sure what was going on. Her big scared eyes turned to Tama as if begging him to help. "For fuck sake Finlay, leave the fucken kid alone and go shower. No one wants to deal with your fucken shit today" Myles screamed.

Finn screamed in surprise and fright when she heard Myles' speak to her like that. She almost fell on top of Tama to try to protect Jai from Myles. Tama steadied Finn on her feet not taking his eyes off the girl. "It's ok" Tama stated quietly but he could see Finn was somewhere else. Jai had started screaming after Myles yelled so harshly. Finn grabbed her son off Tama and ran to her flat slamming the door and dead bolting it.

Sally shook her head at Myles who watched his sister basically throw herself over her son and then snatch him and run. Tex went to get up but Sally pointed her finger at him "no" she barked out before going after Finn. "Finn it's Sally open the door" Sally stated knocking on the granny flat's door. Tama pushed passed Myles and went outside to hear Sally demand Finn open the door and shook his head at the woman. How could these people be so stupid? Yes they were all tired, but they were treating Finn like shit, demanding she do what they want and treating her like a possession not a person.

"Well least the kid isn't screaming in here like usual" one of the brothers commented. "Now we can get our clubhouse back without thinking about what the princess wants" another added mocking being scared. Tama was furious that Tex and Myles let the club members speak however the hell they liked about Jai and Finn. "Are you fucking for real? You allow the brothers to speak about Finn and Jai like that? You are treating her just like the snipers use to" Tama fumed out. This snapped Myles out of it.

"Fuck" he said before taking off outside to the granny flat where Sally was still demanding Finn open the door. Myles heard Finn and Jai sobbing in the granny flat and he felt worse then he already had. "Open the door now Finn" Myles called out but Finn was not moving from the back of her room. She was right next to her phone so put music on through the speaker in the lounge room. She wanted to drown out the noise of them banging on the door telling her what to do.

"Go back inside Myles. You and Tex fucked up" Sally yelled at her nephew when the music switched on. She was furious and just wanted to comfort Finn. Myles stormed back into the clubhouse with Sally following close behind. Myles knocked out the brother who had spoken badly about Finn then stalked towards the brother who had said something about Jai.

"Stop Myles he is only saying what we were all thinking" Tex stated. Sally went straight to her husband whose eyes grew big and she slapped husband across the face. "You arsehole. You and Myles have yelled at her all morning because you attacked the snipers last night. She is in there sobbing her heart out and that's on both of you. You think the baby is the problem? No it's you and what you did. We brought Finn here to heal and then she wanted out because she said she would never feel safe in a clubhouse again. You assured her she was welcome and safe. You may have just lost our niece and great nephew for good. If that's the case I'm gone too Texas" Sally fumed. Tex knew he was in shit, Sally, well no one used his full name.

"All the three of you have done this morning is demand she do this and demand she do that" Tama stated. He knew he should of kept his mouth shut but couldn't help it. "I, wait, no, shit" Sally said realising he was right. Sally shook her head before turning to her husband "Are you staying at the club tonight?" Sally asked. Tex could see his wife was furious so shook his head no. "I'll be staying somewhere else then. Until Finn is out do the flat again, I won't be back" Sally said before storming out of the clubhouse.

Sally was furious at herself as well as at Myles and Tex. Tama had been right and there was nothing she could do to fix it. Sally knew Finn wouldn't be out of that flat for days if not weeks. All the progress they had made had been lost because everyone was tired. Sally hated that they had all done this to Finn.
