John didn't waste any time. He quickly slides his foot into his sandals and followed the knight. As he was approaching the door of his chamber, he caught a glimpse of a man in white. At first, he was startled but when he gazes, he realized it was the old man in his dream.

With a soft smile, the old man said to him, "Now you see it's not just a dream. Find the book of the shadows and read from it."

John cast a weird gaze at him and snapped at him with questions. "What did you know about Maxis being attacked? Is it your doing?"

"None of the Elders have hand in this attack." The old man approaches John from the dark corner of the chamber he has been standing in and continued, "There are some hidden powers you have not unlocked, and by encountering me, I have unlocked that for you. That's the only way you will drive your enemies away. There's no time. Go and save the day and then come to our rescue. We await you." The old man snapped his fingers and disappeared in a flash of bright light. The knight realized John wasn't behind him. He was already in the hallway that leads to the stairs. He quickly ran back to John's chamber.

John was standing as though he has seen a ghost. He looks spellbound and unable to move as he pondered in his heart. His mind went wild that he couldn't pay attention to his immediate surroundings. However, the words of the knight interrupted him. "My Lord, are you not coming?"

John became conscious of his surrounding once more and glanced at the knight. "Where is the King?" he asked.

"She's safe in the secret room, my Lord."

Secret passages and secret rooms were built in almost every castle and palace since. Hidden tunnels and secret passages are hidden routes that sometimes lead to secret rooms or another way to exit a building.

Maxis's castle has secret areas built into their original plans, such as secret passages and secret rooms that can lead to the secret passage. This was designed to allow inhabitants to escape from enemy sieges or severe attacks on the castle. The king's castle's secret passage led to an underground water source, providing water during prolonged sieges.

As soon as the attackers launched their attacks on Maxis, the knights quickly led the King to the secret room. "Make sure no harm comes to her," John instructed as he quickly rushed out from his chamber. The good thing is that the castle hasn't been breached but the enemies aren't easy on the castle.

They were using catapults and fire to lunch their attack on the castle since they can't easily have access to the inside of the castle. The castle's main gate is a drawbridge and tall gate tower. The draw bridge could be pulled up, preventing access across moats and the tall gate tower helps the defenders of the castle to shoot down in safety at the attackers below.

John quickly made his way to the Battlement. On looking down from the merlons, he saw Zeus and Ares. He was able to recognize them even though they are standing far away from the castle. "It's them," he muttered below his breath. "I can never forget their faces," he added as he fixes his attention on them.

From where Zeus and Ares stood were four catapults used in launching their attack on Maxis's castle.

"Remember I have unlocked your hidden powers," said a prudish voice.

John swirled to know who it was that said that but he saw no one. He was able to recognize the voice to be that of the old man from his dream. He turned towards the knight standing by the crenel and asked sternly, "Did you hear that?" "Forgive me my Lord but I only hear chaos and if nothing is done about it, we all be doomed by these ravaging gods. Our men are afraid and we have no knight commander to instruct us well." Rasmey is still in the dungeon and the King has not made any replacement of the knights' commander. This serves as a reminder to John who is now the special adviser to the King.

"I know that!"

"How about you order your wendigo to help us or we all be doomed."

"The wendigo will be smitten down by the gods. I promise Queen Bonnies will keep Maxis safe and I will."

"I can see the All in you. Use the seeing eye of the All to analyze your powers." The voice whispered into John's ear.

"The seeing eye of the All?" John mutters to himself.

At this time, Ares launched another hit and it landed on the battlement John was standing on. About ten guards and five knights were killed.

John picked himself up and roared like a wounded lion, "Ares!" He was enraged triggering one of the hidden powers he had never used called 'Electrokinesis.'

Electrokinesis is the ability to create and project electricity and lightning. This power is possessed by several magical beings, both good and evil, most notable by powerful beings such as the Elders. The old man from John's dream being one of the Elders saw multiple abilities in John that Neena has hidden from him. Perhaps her fear was John might find out he truly has become a god or even more than a god. She only revealed to him how to use minor powers for John not to slew her before she could accomplish her plans. However, the old man saw the necessity of John unlocking the full potential of the power in him.

Electrokinesis can ignite things or cause very destructive explosions upon impact. Also, by controlling the strength of the power, it can be used to torture others. Electrokinesis is considered very powerful, as it is shown being capable of killing an Elder. However, the old man neglected this and helped John to unlock and tap into it not minding it can kill an Elder.

John conjured and projected electricity and lightning into the field where Zeus, Ares, and the other gods are. He struck their catapults and caused casualties amongst the gods.
