Chapter 93

AUTHOR’S POV

“Everything seems to be going as planned. What do you think we should do next?” Alpha Gabriel asked Sabrina who nodded with a smile.

“I only need a few more days to…” Sabrina trailed off as she began to feel dizzy. Everything in the room suddenly became two and her heart began to beat fast.

“Sabrina, are you listening to me?” Her father asked as she placed a hand on her head, as she tried to control herself.

“Sabrina!” Her father snapped and this time everything suddenly went back to normal. She raised her head to look at her father who was looking at her with a worried look when she broke the silence.

“I suddenly felt dizzy,” she said and her father gave her a confused look. It was unusual for Sabrina to get dizzy because it was like a body sign that tells her that something was about to happen or something was strange.

Her father understood this sign too because it was the first thing Sabrina always felt whenever there was a threat or danger.

“What could it be?” Alpha Gabriel asked.

“I don’t know yet, but something is coming,” she announced, and her father became alert immediately.

“I know that the sign is unusual, but do you really think anyone would come here? No one has been able to find this place in over three decades now, and the last people that knew about it were killed, before they could tell anyone else, so no one would be able to find this place, not even if they tried,” Alpha Gabriel pointed out, but Sabrina knew something was off.

“Father, things change,” Sabrina said as she went to pick her crystal balls to see what was going on. If there was anything Sabrina hated the most, it has to be ignorant. She hates it when something is happening and she can’t find out what.

She began to chant some incantation in front of the crystal ball when everything became clear. She saw Alpha Xander and Lord Williams walk into the cave and she looked at her father in shock.

“This is not…” her voice trails off the same time her father spoke up.

“They are here.”

Sabrina and her father stared at the crystal ball in disbelief as they wondered how Alpha Xander got to know about the cave and how he was even able to get inside.

No one could come into the cave without fighting off the guards she placed there and not once as anyone succeeded in fighting them, not when they were invincible and not even real.

Chapter 931

The tougher the fight got the more they vanished and attacked their enemies while they remained invincible which made Sabrina wonder how it was possible for Alpha Xander to enter the cave without any bruise on his body.

Alpha Xander who was oblivious to the fact that someone was watching him looked around the Pack in awe as he turned around. He was at first startled by the amount of candles that surrounded him, but he reminded himself of the reason he was there.

As much as he wanted to think that all of this was normal, he knew that there was nothing normal with the cave since the moment he fought some invincible men at the entrance which made him even more curious about what was going on and who was behind all of this.

“What is this place?” Alpha Xander asked Lord Williams who looked just as surprised as he was.

“I don’t know, Alpha. I have never seen anything like this before in my entire life but if there is one thing that I am certain of, it is the fact that a witch lives here and she is using magic to control everything,” Lord Williams said.

Sabrina and her father could hear that conversation and Alpha Gabriel was starting to feel unease.

“We need to do something. We must either get them out of here or do something to them, but I don’t think the first option is a good idea because if he really did get out of here, he will definitely come back to find answers,” Alpha Gabriel said, while Sabrina watched Alpha Xander and Lord Williams closely.

“Calm down, father. There is no way Alpha Xander could locate us. The worst that could happen is him finding Alpha Luxwell since he was tied up around that place, but even that is okay,” she tried to calm her father who gave her a look that said ‘are you sure about this?‘

Sabrina couldn’t help but wonder how Alpha Xander was about to get into the cave as she watched him closely.

“How did he find this place?” She muttered to herself.

“Waiting for them to do something would take eternity, Sabrina. Let’s go there and fight those people. Since Alpha Xander has come here by himself, let’s just kill him and get this over with,” Alpha Gabriel said impatiently and Sabrina shook her head.

“No, father, what is with the rush anyway?” She asked. “Attacking Alpha Xander now would ruin all our plans. And unless we are ready to take him down, we can’t show our face to him. We still have a lot of things to do and showing him that we are his enemy is going to ruin everything for us because then, he would know exactly who he is fighting,” Sabrina reasoned.

Alpha Gabriel calmed down after listening to his daughter as they both watched Alpha Xander and Lord Williams from the crystal ball.

“I need you to search around to see if you would find anything,” Alpha Xander ordered as he began to use his nose to sniff Mallya’s blood to trace her, while his wolf also guided him.

Lord Williams took the opposite direction as Alpha Xander and Alpha Xander’s wolf lead him to a

path in the cave which seems even more scary than what he saw outside.

The further he walked, the stronger he could perceive Mallya’s smell and he knew that she was somewhere behind those words.

He kept on following the smell and the more he walked the more his wolf became restless as he kept on screaming, “Mate! Mate! Mate!”

Alpha Xander became even more certain that Maliya was somewhere close and his heart began to race out of fear. He couldn’t find any door and it doesn’t seem like the path he was taking was leading anywhere but he could sense that Maliya was closer to him so he kept on going.

Maliya who had been sleeping on the bed tirelessly, jolted up from her sleep as her once again as her wolf spoke to her for the first time in what seems like forever.

“Mate!” Her wolf became restless as she felt as if it was trying to force herself out to meet her mate.

Maliya couldn’t understand anything going on as she wondered who her mate could be. After being rejected and sold by Alpha Kane, she didn’t think she would get another mate but she has heard people speak about second chance mates so she guessed it was possible since Prince Kane was dead

anyway.

“Who could be my mate?” She thought to herself as she was now fully awake and her wolf was still restless, making her feel as if a sudden wave of energy entered her body and at the same time, it made her feel weak and helpless.

At this point, she didn’t really care about who her mate was. She didn’t want to raise her expectations like she did with Prince Kane. She didn’t even know if her new mate would be a good person or not. Whether he would accept or reject her immediately after seeing her so all she could think about was how she was going to get out of there alive.

She prayed silently that someone would come inside and save her. Her body felt numb and she kept on feeling weaker with each passing time. She was afraid that her baby would die if she stayed there for a day longer and she has never felt so desperate in her entire life.

“I need to get out of here. Dear goddess, please, save me just this one last time,‘ she prayed inwardly as she wondered what the seer would do to her.

She recalled Claudia’s conversation with the seer and she could tell that there was another person who was controlling them. She wondered if the person had a personal grudge against her or if she was going through all of this because she was pregnant for Alpha Xander.

Maliya closed her eyes as she prayed as her life depended on it, which it clearly does, for the moon goddess to save her because she could feel her life’s span slowly reducing.

Alpha Xander’s heart continued to beat in a rhythmic way as his chest rose and fell with the way his heart was racing.

He kept on following the directions his wolf was giving him until he stopped in front of a door. He could feel Mallya’s presence in the room and he knew all he needed to do was to break the door

Chapter 03

Turned the door knob and just then, it vanished in his hands and he was now staring at a brick. He knew that Maliya was inside and he needed to break the door down to get to her, but it was close to impossible.

“What the fuck?” He muttered under his breath as he began to use force to kick the door, hoping that it would break down, but that seems rather impossible too.

The door has been sealed with a spell, hence, no one could enter the room unless they know the exact words to say which Alpha Xander clearly isn’t aware of,

He kept on trying to break the door down, but the more he tried, the harder it became.

A surge of rage coursed through his veins as he struggled to break in but he couldn’t. “I swear if I find whoever is behind this, I’m not going to spare them,” Alpha Xander thought to himself as he kept on using force to break the door down.

Sabrina and her father watched how Alpha Xander struggled from the crystal ball and Alpha Gabriel thought they should do something.

“Father, we both know that even if he tried from now till eternity, he would never be able to break down the door. What are you worried about?” Sabrina asked her father as they both watched Alpha Xander struggle.

“I know that he won’t be able to break down the door, but I also know that he is a stubborn man and he just doesn’t know how to give up,” Alpha Gabriel said.

Alpha Xander could tell that the door has been locked with magic but he doesn’t care about that. He wasn’t scared of anything and he considered himself as a demon from a very tender age, hence, if the witch thinks they could scare him with their tactics, he’s going to show them why he’s Alpha

Xander too.

Lord Williams returned shortly while Alpha Xander was trying to break down the door and he seemed to be a little breathless.

“What is going on? What are you doing?” Lord Williams asked Alpha Xander, but he ignored his question.

“What did you find?” He asked as he focused on how to get rid of the door and get his woman out of

there.

“Alpha…” Lord Williams called out, making Alpha Xander look at him to know why he sounded scared.

Lord Williams looked a bit shaken up and Alpha Xander wondered what was happening.

“What is going on?” He asked and Lord Williams tried to catch his breath.

“While I was trying to see if I’d find anything suspicious in the cave, guess who I saw,” Lord Williams
