Purchased A Mr. Right

Chapter 1648

Terry's Boss Was Getting More and More Clingy!

Tina was puzzled. "Mr. Chin, what's the matter?"

Even Terry, who was driving the car, looked back from the rearview mirror.

Wilson's finger pulps rubbed her skin. "This business trip will last for a week. I have a lot of work to do this time. I may not be able to come back on the weekend. At best, I'll go back on Sunday morning..."

Although Wilson wanted Tina to fly to Australina with him, just like what they did last time, it was quite impossible this time. His birthday had passed, while Tina couldn't always give up her work at the TV station. What's more, she had to take care of Isla and prepare for the finals.

Wilson could no longer be capricious this time.

He paused, and then his eyes stared at her from behind the lens. "Tina, I want you to see me off at the airport!"

Tina was stunned."..."

Before she could say anything, Wilson used force in his hands.

Tina was dragged back to the car, and the door was closed immediately.

Terry silently withdrew his views from the rearview mirror.

His boss was getting more and more clingy!

He didn't know how to comment on Wilson and his beloved mistress.

In this way, Tina, who had already stepped into the TV station, was taken back to the car, which headed for the airport.

While it was on the highway, the car obviously sped up a lot.

40 minutes later, the Rolls-Royce stopped again, and Tina could see in the gigantic building of the airport's waiting hall outside of the car window. Terry said, "Mr. Chin, here we are!"

"Mmm..." Wilson nodded.

He held up Tina's hand and walked towards the airport.

It was not until Terry had finished all the procedures of luggage consignment and passenger boarding that Wilson let go of Tina's hand.

"Tina, I'll be boarding!" Wilson said.

"Hum!" Tina answered obediently. After a pause, she said tenderly, "Mr. Chin, I will give you a surprise when you come back!"

When she spoke, her head was slightly lowered, and her expression was somewhat like that of a young girl's shyness.

Tina was referring to the suit.

Although she had been busily preparing for the finals, she still squeezed out some time and personally completed the suit she designed. There were only two cuff buttons left unfinished. She didn't tell Wilson the details because she wanted to give him a surprise.

The broadcast reminded passengers in the waiting hall of the flight numbers about to be boarding.

Wilson and Terry were going for the security inspection. Before they passed the security door, Wilson came over to Tina again.

Ignoring the fact that this was a bustling airport, he lowered his head and kissed her forehead as if no one was around.

It was a tender kiss, but it was very romantic at the same time.

A flush appeared on Tina's cheeks.

Wilson stepped into the security checkpoint with Terry. His tall and strong figure gradually disappeared from Tina's sight. She stood there still.

Tina acted as if she was watching her husband board the plane, just like the other women did at the airport.

It was summer now. The weather was getting hotter day by day.

Fortunately, the air conditioning inside the car and inside the house ensured that the environments were comfortable.

After Selene got off of the car, she walked towards a building, while her driver was accompanying her and holding an umbrella in his hand. After she entered the building, the driver stayed outside and waited fo her. Selene stepped into the elevator alone.

Dylan's music studio was inside this building.

Selene headed straight for this place.

In order to have a good environment for artistic creation, Dylan had rented the whole floor. Coming out of the elevator, Selene could see open glass doors.

As it was lunch break now, there were few people in the studio.

Selene walked into the studio calmly.

Last week, she went to the pub at late night to bring Dylan back home because he was drunk. At that time, he was in a confused state of mind. Selene suddenly heard that he was murmuring another woman's name, "Tina", which was the most intolerable name for her. Selene was so angry that she almost exploded.

His anger had not subsided completely till

now.

Dylan had drunk too much and was almost unconscious that night. No matter how angry Selene was, she couldn't vent her anger out in front of him.

However, she came from a rich and powerful family, and had her own pride and prejudice. After deliberately cooling this incident down for a few days, she came to visit Dylan and wanted to settle accounts with him.

After Selene went into the studio, she saw that Dylan was lying on the sofa.

One of his arms rested on his forehead, while the other was holding a music score. He was actually sleeping there.

As the building had a central air-conditioning system, cool breezes blew down from the air outlet on the ceiling. The hair on Dylan's forehead moved slightly, adding a bit more charm to his originally-handsome face.

Selene secretly scolded herself for being too emotional.

She was obviously full of anger while entering the studio, but as soon as she saw Dylan sleeping on the sofa, she immediately became worried that he would catch a cold. She picked up a blanket next to him. Selene covered Dylan with the blanket.

When she was about to step back, Dylan

suddenly took her hands.

Afraid of waking him up, Selene didn't struggle. Instead, she just sat by his side and waited for him to wake up.

Dylan grabbed her hands tightly.

He seemed to be dreaming something, yet he didn't let go of her hands.

Selene couldn't help but wonder if he was dreaming of her. If that was the case, she would be very willing to forgive what he had done before.

Over ten minutes later, Dylan slowly woke up.

He was stunned at first, but when he saw that it was Selene standing in front of him, he released her hands instinctively.

Selene's face instantly darkened.

His quick reaction made Selene instantly realize that just like that night when he was drunk, he had mistaken her for someone else.

Her heart was filled with anger and jealousy.

Dylan sat up, and his head had already become sober-minded. "When did you come here?"

Selene gritted her teeth. "I have just arrived. I didn't wake you up because you were asleep!"

"Uh-huh!" Dylan nodded and looked slightly indifferent.

He had always been like this towards her. If it were any other time, Selene would be quite accustomed to it, might even try to please him or flirt with him. However, at this moment, she only felt that it was especially ironic and unacceptable.

Selene couldn't help but ask him, "Dylan, didn't you have anything to say to me? That night when you were drunk at the pub, you caressed my face and call out another woman's name. Do you remember it? Do you remember the name you were calling?"

"..." Dylan's expression froze.

Something flashed through his eyes. Then, he stood up and said, "I don't want to talk about that anymore!"

"If you don't want to talk about that, then I'll have to forget about it?" Selene walked up to him. "Dylan, you've forgotten what you promised to me! You told me that there would no longer be any place for Tina in your heart. And think about how she had treated you... She had been so cruel and merciless to you... Why don't you just forget about her completely?"

Dylan frowned. "I didn't!"

Upon hearing his answer, Selene only felt that Dylan was trying to cover things up.

The faster he denied it, the more likely he was feeling guilty in his heart.

Selene clenched her fist and wanted to ask him more questions, yet Dylan didn't give her the chance to ask him. "I have to compose two important compositions today. I don't have time to talk to you. You'd better go back home now!"

After that, he turned around and went back into the piano room.

Selene was out of choice but to leave the studio with grievances.

Jealousy and hatred filled her heart.

Even the cool breeze produced by the air conditioner inside the car could not alleviate her bad mood.

Selene became angrier and angrier. She really wished she could defeat Tina, but the reality was, she couldn't do anything harmful to her.

Wilson had clearly warned her not to trouble Tina again; otherwise, she would not be spared easily.

Selene didn't dare to challenge the authority of Wilson, who was her cousin.

However, she thought she must not stay here and do nothing at all. She must definitely find a way out.
