Chapter 4
Chapter 4: You’re Still So Tempting
“Hogan, after three years of not seeing you, you’ve gotten even more shameless.” Stacey and Hogan had studied at the same school. She was only too familiar with his behavior.
“I refuse. And if you dare to continue, I’ll sue you,” Stacey threatened. Although her breathing became somewhat erratic, she did her best to maintain a calm facade.
Hogan smiled disdainfully. He couldn’t even count how many women would love to be with him, yet Stacey dared to refuse him?
The words “I refuse” made Hogan lose it completely. He would make her understand the cost of defying him. “If you want to sue me, I’ll give you a legitimate reason,” he retorted. “Don’t think I’ll show mercy just because you’re my stepsister. You don’t want what I give you, but what I want, I must have, whether you want to give it or not.”
Hogan said as his lips fell and covered Stacey’s soft lips. directly.
Stacey hurriedly grabbed his hand, the panic in her heart. causing her to stammer, “You can’t do that! No matter what, I‘ m still your sister.”
“You came back at a good time. If you ever leave again, I’ll personally travel abroad and kidnap you back.”
He had hated her over the years, yet he had to admit to himself that he had missed her. Only after Stacey left did he
realize how terrifying a habit was.
For a long time after Stacey left, Hogan’s thoughts remained in turmoil.
He would knock on her door and give orders to the empty room, “Help me with my homework.”
He would say at dinner time, “Stacey, get me a glass of water.”
He would even goof off in her room.
Even when he was playing basketball, he would unconsciously look for her.
The moment he saw her, all the thoughts and resentments in his head erupted.
“Ah!” The tearing pain made Stacey scream out as humiliating tears slid down her cheeks.
Stacey clawed at his back like a madman, her nails leaving behind bloody scratches.
However, like a man possessed, Hogan ignored everything. All that was left behind was a primal urge to own this woman.
“Hogan, I’m going to kill you! I’m going to kill you!” Stacey murmured, lying motionless on the bed, helpless as her despair consumed her. She closed her eyes, her long eyelashes trembling slightly.
“Hogan, I hate you. I hate you…”
“You can’t kill me, and if it ever happened, it’d mean I allowed it.”

But he knew very well that such a day would never come. Hogan would only keep climbing up, stepping on others along the way. He would never easily surrender his life to someone else.
Hogan’s deep voice hid a thinly veiled threat. Stacey’s heart clenched in fear.
In LA, no one was scarier than Hogan.
No one was more cunning and ruthless than Hogan.
Three years prior, to escape him, she had resolutely chosen to go abroad. After three years, she finally managed to calm her heart, only to encounter Hogan immediately after returning to the country.
Stacey’s face turned pale, and she sobbed helplessly. Her trembling voice expressed her desperation. “Don’t think I’ll become your woman just because of this.”
Her unwilling struggles only fueled Hogan’s anger. A terrifying chill emanated from him.
Hogan’s voice, calm and composed, carried a trace of bloodthirsty menace. “You definitely will.”
