Invincible Heir

Chapter 36 An unusual phone call

At Baron's instruction, Charles immediately filliped a stone heavily toward the plaque. Right on target! The plaque fell down to the ground with a thunderous crack, and then broke into pieces for an instant. At the sight of this, everyone was stunned with a distorted face.

"What's the meaning of this?!" A man stepped out of the crowd and shouted to Baron and Charles.

"Fuck off!" Charles stepped up to the manager and kicked him away.

The man never thought that kick could be this hard as he crashed right into a wine cabinet in the hall. Following the crash, all the expensive wines smashed on the ground with broken pieces everywhere. The Royal Hotel had always got a surge in its business at night, so was this moment. Seeing the fight, most guests slipped away in fear, but some were still standing aside, curious.

"What dare these guys make trouble in here the Scott family's place?" A head guard flanked by more than a dozen well-trained bodyguards yelled as he walked over to Baron and Charles, with a stick in his hand.

Baron was surprising to discover that there were still so many bodyguards who were not afraid to die after last night. When he saw the bodyguards clearly, it all clicked. They were all new guys. "Wallace means nothing to me," Baron said scornfully.

"Fuck! Beat his ass!" With a roar of rage, the man ran toward Baron and Charles with the bodyguards.

Charles rushed at them immediately and flattened the man with a single punch.

In the same way, the bodyguards were all knocked to the ground by Charles, just within a few seconds.

Everyone looked fearfully at Charles. It was so incredible that a single man could easily defeat several well-trained guards within a few seconds!

"If you don't want to die, get out of here! I'm coming for Wallace!" Baron said coldly and sat down on a chair beside the bar.

A young staff rushed into the penthouse of the Royal Hotel where Wallace was having fun, "Wallace! Here they come again!" the young staff said with a panic.

Wallace was taken aback by these words. He clenched the staff's collar, "Fuck! Speak more clearly! Who are they?"

"The two men who had come last night," said the staff, pale with fright.

"What?!" Wallace pushed the staff away and roared, "It's absolutely impossible. Didn't they have a car accident?"

'That asshole arranged that accident at the cost of a car. He just slapped his own face by telling people that he failed?'

"He has the guts to make trouble here. I'd like to see if he really has something." Wallace rushed downstairs with a few fighters.

When they came into the hall, a scene of total devastation met their eyes, and inexorably the crashing sound continued. Even more extraordinary, the men who were smashing things up were Wallace's staff! Wallace flew into a rage, "Stop! Stop!"

"Go on and see if I will tear your heads down!" Baron roared to the staff.

Fear engulfed everyone again. They continued to smash everything in the hall.

Wallace's face grew more and more pale. He stared at Baron, "Baron! What the hell do you want to do?"

"Wallace, don't you realize what you've done?" Baron sneered.

"Call 'em off! I need to talk to you!" Wallace tried to be patient.

"You have no right to bargain with me! Do you understand?!" Baron said in a hoarse voice. Wallace tried to kill his wife and daughter. This was unforgivable!

The hall was in chaos within just a few minutes.

It seemed Wallace would face enormous losses. Far more importantly, he felt himself humiliatory.

Choking back his anger, Wallace took a deep breath and said, “What do you want from me?"

"You wanna take my life. In return, I wanna take your life too!" Baron said with fury. He grabbed a bottle of wine and threw towards Wallace.

The bottle hit Wallace right on the head and knocked him down. A stream of blood, mixed with wine, spouted from the wound. In a moment, Wallace's face was covered with blood. Everyone was really shocked at the sight, because Wallace was not only the boss of Royal Hotel, but also the eldest grandson of Scott family!

"Drag him here!" Baron ordered.

Charles grasped Wallace by the collar and threw him at Baron's feet. Wallace got hurt so badly that he could not even move.

"Today, I will not kill you. But this is your last chance. If you still try to hurt my family, you'll end up dead." Baron stepped on Wallace's chest with a frigid calm.

And then, he gave Wallace a kick and sent him flying. After knocking over several tables, Wallace fell to the floor and fainted.

Baron turned away with Charles. People on the spot didn't have the courage to stop them.

"Baron, why don't you kill him?" asked Charles, bewildered.

Baron gave a weary shake of his head, "Here is Cona, not the Pola Islands. We should be more careful.”

"OK. Listen to you."

Once Baron left, Wallace was sent to Cona First Municipal Hospital immediately.

In the VIP ward, Waldo Scott, Wallace's father, stood nervously nearby looking at his son, who was still in a coma.

"Investigate that jerk right now! Get me everything about him! He hurt my son, for that, he should pay back with his life!" Waldo roared.

"Yes, Mr. Scott!" one of Waldo's aide said and left the ward.

In the Peak Hotel, just having finished a shower, Baron got a message from Tracy, "I'm going to work in Samho tomorrow, as a new starter. You have to promise to stay out of it."

Baron shook his head gently, with a wry smile. In fact, only a few days ago Baron had told Tracy the whole truth in Starry Garden Hotel. He intended to give her Samho company as a gift, but she refused. He never figured that Tracy would plan on starting her career as a beginner staff.

He hesitated a while and replied, "OK." Her choice may be a good way to start.

Tracy was gratified to find that Baron had followed her advice. With a smile she talked to yourself, "I will gradually move up to the management level by myself."

Early next morning, while Henry was still in the hospital, a piece of good news bucked him up.

"Mr. Chairman! Samho would like to help and cooperate with our company. Perry family will be saved!" A senior worker told him excitedly.

"Really?" Henry forgot about his illness and sat up in bed with excitement.

"Sure enough. Look, this contract has been signed by Samho. Just sign your name here, the contract will come into effect." The senior worker was a little overexcited, "It's not just that. The lockdown of our factory was lifted and many companies are willing to cooperate with us!"

"Yes. Yessss! That's great. God bless Perry family!" Hearing this, Henry shivered with a thrill.

"Dad, the reason why we can turn the corner this time is Phillip." A well-dressed middle-aged woman said. It was Shirly, Phillip's mother.

Henry was irritated by her remarks with a dark face, "Would you want to end up like Phillip?"

"Dad, I know you're angry, but please let me explain! It is true that Phillip made our family ashamed, but he also made Perry family more well-known than before. For this reason, more and more companies are willing to cooperate with us," Shirly continue her lies, "Dad, please give him another chance. I promise, he'd never let you down again."

"Mr. Chairman, Phillip didn't mean to bring shame and dishonor on the Perry family, he just fell into others' trap. More than anything, he is your only grandson. Without him, who will take charge of Perry family in the future?" the senior worker echoed Shirly's views.

In fact, Henry regretted as soon as he kicked Phillip out. He had no relatives except Phillip in the whole Perry family. But he couldn't withdraw his own decreed for no reason. Their words exactly gave him a reason to retraction.

"You have a point here. It is true that Phillip enhances our visibility. So, I decided to give him one more chance," Henry continued, "But if he brings shame on our family again, he would never, never be allowed to come back."

Shirly was very glad to hear that, "Dad, no worries. I will keep an eye on him and ensure he won't do it again!"

But the exciting news didn't surprise Phillip at all. As Henry's only grandson, Phillip was fully aware that his grandpa doted on him, even if he was kicked out of Perry family.

"Baron, just you wait! You'll live to rue it." Phillip gnashed his teeth with rage.

In Peak Hotel, Baron got a call from Camel soon, "Mr. Chairman, I have completed those things you asked me to handle. Perry family's crises were averted."

"Good job, Camel." If it weren't for Tracy, Baron wouldn't let Perry family get through this easily this time!

As soon as Baron hung up, his phone rang again. To his surprise, it was Yuri!

"Baron, are you free at noon?"
