Dear Diary . . .

I decided you should have a name I don’t care if you want to laugh I just do so DarkShadow you shall be. Dark because I will have to write in the dark and shadow because I will have to hide you like the shadows of my past I keep hidden.

Jessi is such a good student that I sometimes forget I am teaching him things he has never dealt with before.He is so good at being a wolf . . . much, much better than I am. Sometimes I wonder who is teaching who.

He already has the Alphabet and most of the English language under the knee and after a few days of math’s I think he might actually be able to go to a normal human school and not do too badly.

Next I’m teaching him some human and Werewolf history and some geography. I think he will like that more than the math

Sometimes he gets this faraway look in his big clear blue eyes and I wonder if he is even in the same universe I am. . . I wish I could go where he does . . .

I wonder what my name in a pack like his would have been . . .JaneDoe? (sigh)

Dark . . . How do you tell the boy you like you don’t know your age because you were too young when monsters found you and you stopped caring about it when staying alive one more day is not a guarantee but a punishment in of itself?
