Thrown Away

Myles had headed to see Finn, he had given her a few days now and he wanted this sorted. He had tired to text Finn but it had all gone unanswered. He understood she was upset, but he was her brother, she couldn't stay mad at him forever.

When he had spoken to Paulo, he honestly felt worse. Paulo shrugged his shoulders when he told him about Finn and Jai saying they weren't important. Myles was furious, those two were important, but Paulo continued saying 'clearly they meant nothing as there was nothing in Myles' place which even showed Jai and Finn being a part of his life'. Myles had moved into the granny flat at the club until they could renovate the club which had already began.

Myles had promptly ended his relationship with Paulo after hearing him speak about Finn and Jai like they didn't matter. He knew he had only himself to blame though and that hurt the most. He had apologised over and over again in text messages and wanted to do it in person. Myles was determined to change how he treated Finn. He had put out photos of Finn and Jai in his place as well as set up stuff for when Jai would come to visit. He hoped that Finn and Jai would feel welcome in his club.

Myles knocked on the door several times but there was no answer at all. He had text Finn telling her he would be coming to visit them today, so it was odd for her not to be here. Myles decided to wait around as maybe she just ducked to T he shops and would be back shortly.

Finn had received all Myles' messages but refused to answer any of them. Was it petty? She didn't really care to be honest. Unless he got that what he was doing was not ok beaten into him, he wouldn't change. This way he would realise she was her own person and could no longer be controlled. Finn had plans today anyway, she was going to the zoo with Nikora, Cut, Buzz, Steph and Jo Jo.

Nikora picked Finn and Jai up at 9am in his car which now had a car seat in it for Jai. "Morning beautiful" Nikora greeted Finn as she opened the door holding Jai. "Morning" Finn replied smiling while Jai poked his tongue out. Finn laughed, she had been teaching him how to do that last night and this morning in an attempt to stop the dribble going flying in her face when Jai blew raspberries. Nikora cocked his eyebrow at Finn and Jai both laughing.

Finn handed Nikora her nappy bag and the stroller which she kept inside. She liked to walk more then taking her car. Her car wasn't the best car but it was hers. "I brought my car and before you say anything, I have a seat for Jai" Nikora stated. "Oh, you didn't need to do that" Finn replied while blushing. She really liked Nikora but she also didn't know if she was ready to be in a relationship or if any guy wanted to take on someone else's baby.

"I wanted to, that way we can go out with Jai too" Nikora replied. Finn kissed Nikora on the cheek as a thank you and followed him to his car. Finn checked her messages as her phone has buzzed a few times this morning. "Well this should be interesting" Finn mumbled. "What should be?" Nikora asked while he loaded the pram in the boot of his car. "Myles is apparently coming to see me today" Finn replied showing Nikora the text. "He will be in for a surprise when you aren't at that house anymore" Nikora replied. "Yep but I did tell Sunny and Zane I would be out by the end of the week and it is Friday today so ...."Finn replied.

Nikora pulled Finn and Jai into his arms. "Are you worried?" Nikora asked seeing how unsure Finn looked. Finn shook her head no. "Nope, I needed to do this for me. No one sees me and hopefully they will now I am standing up for myself" Finn replied. "I see you Finlay" Nikora whispered before kissing her nose. "Let's get Jai in the car and head off" Nikora stated.

Finn strapped Jai into his seat and then sat in the passenger seat. Nikora hopped in and then they head off towards the zoo. Jai was babbling away in the back of the car and Nikora was nodding along like he knew everything he was saying. Occasionally he would say I agree or ah Huh. Finn couldn't help but smile at that. Nikora also held Finn's hand, sometimes kissing the back of her hand the entire way to the zoo.

They walked around the zoo for three hours with Jai refusing the pram. Finn held him for a little while, but he was getting heavy and she wasn't exactly tall enough for Jai to see over the other people. Nikora took Jai soon after and again was talking to him like Jai was one of the boys. Steph and Finn babbled away to each other while Jo Jo mainly stayed with her children joining in the conversation when she was able.

At about 1.30pm they agreed to head to the food court and grab some food. Finn had packed some food for her and Jai as she knew how expensive food was. She didn't expect anyone to pay for her and had fought with Nikora about paying for her ticket. She had lost in a game of rock, paper, scissors.

Myles was now concerned for his sister and nephew. She hadn't returned home. He called Zane and Sunny asking if they had heard from Finn. Neither of them had and were heading over to the house. Myles decided to try calling Finn. Just as Finn sat down with Jai, her phone rang. She rolled her eyes seeing it was Myles. Nikora was right beside her as they had been arguing about food.

"Hello" Finn answer. "Finn, where the hell are you? I text you telling you I was coming over and you aren't fucken home. Do you know how worried I was?" Myles yelled in the phone. "That's one" Finn replied calmly. "What the hell Finlay? What's one?" Myles yelled. "One warning, you get three and then I will cut you out of mine and Jai's life for good. You don't get to speak to me like that Myles. You are not my father remember that. I am a grown adult, you don't get to dictate what I do and when I do it. You did not ask to see me today and Jai and I have plans" Finn calmly replied.

"What? Finn I told you I would see you in a few days. I text this morning before I came. Why didn't you say you were busy?" Myles asked. Myles was furious with his sister. "You didn't ask Myles like always. You told me what you were doing" Finn replied. Nikora was smiling at her and how she was handling her brother.

"Well Finn, are you going to be coming home any time soon? I would really like to see you and Jai" Myles replied. Finn heard Sunny and Zane calling out to Myles and knew the next part would be the winning shot. "If you mean the home Zane and Sunny own, that's not my home and I no longer am staying there. I will be returning to my home later this afternoon. Please tell Sunny and Zane the keys and remotes for the garage are on their table" Finn replied smuggly.

"What the hell do you mean you no longer live here? Where do you live?" Myles yelled. "That's two Myles. Where I live is not your concern" Finn spat. "The hell it isn't Finn" Myles replied trying to calm down. "All you need to know is that I am renting my own place. Jai and I are fine" Finn replied rolling her eyes. "You moved in with Nikora? Real fucken classy Finn" Zane yelled. "Jumping from one president to the other. Are you his whore now?" Zane continued to yell. "Don't you dare Zane" Sunny could be heard screaming.

Finn paled, is that what people thought of her? "Tell Zane that was his warning. Don't contact me again until you can respect me as a person" Finn whispered before hanging up. "Finn what's wrong?" Nikora asked. Finn shook her head grabbing Jai. "Where are you going Finn?" Nikora asked panicking. "I need to go, thanks for today" Finn said before trying to rush off.
