Chapter 5045 The Array Master In The Ancestral Temple

"Ha-ha! Why aren't you guys trying to run away now?

You know what? This is a tiny universe. You won't be able to escape me even if you grew wings on your backs!"

Braden taunted the sixteen gods of chaos and began laughing wildly. A moment later, his voice suddenly became dark and fearsome.

"You won't live to see tomorrow's sun.

That'll be the price you pay for trapping me for hundreds of years!"

he roared.

For the longest time ever, he had been trapped by the arrays these gods of chaos had set up. It was natural that he'd developed a deep and insatiable vendetta. He wanted to hurt them severely right here and right now.

"Austin, give the order!

Let's make them pay for what they have done,”

Braden requested Austin.

Anakin, Cayden, the water source beast, and more than a hundred monks were standing by Austin's side. Their stance was threatening and they were clearly ready to fight.

"Calm down, everyone.

This space seems dangerous.

We must be careful,” Austin warned.

As soon as he had entered this space, he had felt like something was wrong.

A very powerful array energy was floating in the air around them.

There was not a sign of any array in sight and yet, he could sense their trace.

"Ha-ha, young man, I agree that your cultivation base of arrays is remarkably high. In fact, you are not too weak compared to us.

But trust me, you will find yourself wishing that you had never come here,” one of the gods of chaos sneered.

The others laughed at him as well.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

As his words ended, the space around them began to shake, like a powerful earthquake was coming.

Only then did Austin realize what was going on. Hundreds of enormous latent arrays were slowly emerging and becoming visible.

"Damn it!

There's a plethora of ancient arrays here.

All of you, get near me. The closer the better,"

he shouted. His face had changed dramatically.

The three brothers of the ice source beast race, the water source beast, and the monks turned pale with fright at his words.

Their deepest fear whilst in this cosmos was arrays. This was the Array Cosmos, and arrays here were incredibly powerful.

Their hearts had gone cold as they heard that this space was surrounded by arrays.

Wasting no time, they rushed closer towards Austin.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

Within the blink of an eye, more than a hundred figures had gathered around him.

Then.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Along came several explosions and several large arrays finally came into full view.

Each of them was exuding an ancient aura.

Obviously, they had been here for an exceptionally long time.

Despite their age, they were still emitting exceedingly powerful array energy.

It was evident that they hadn't been weakened with the passage of time.

"That was close!

If we were any slower, we wouldn't have been able to get to Austin in time.

Thanks for the warning, Austin.”

Anakin had turned pale and his heart was fluttering.

"He's right. We got to you in just the nick of time. If we had gotten trapped,

these arrays would slaughtered us.

Fortunately, we were fast enough and also have you on our side.”

Cayden agreed and gratefully looked at Austin.

Austin's other friends were also leaning close to him, not looking like they wanted to leave any time soon.

"How brilliant these arrays are!" Austin looked at the ancient structures around him with awe. There was a serious expression on his face, which could only mean that even he found these arrays to be too powerful.

And he was right. Each of these arrays was remarkable.

"Even I won't be able to break them quickly,” Austin muttered,

releasing his spiritual sense to analyze the arrays around him.

"Ha-ha!

Human brat, aren't you supposed to be good at arrays?

I wonder... How will you fare against such powerful ones?”

The sixteen gods of chaos burst out laughing.

They were immensely satisfied with Austin’s reaction.

Ever since they'd met the man, he had evidently been the dominant one.

It was clear that their array skills weren't as good as his.

They wanted to fight him, but Austin had more than a hundred gods of chaos on his side.

Now, they felt delighted and relaxed. Austin had finally met his match.

No matter how powerful Austin’s array skills were, they thought it was going to be impossible for him to break these ancient arrays.

"You seem very familiar with this place.

I daresay you led us here on purpose since you knew where the arrays were located

You wanted to trap us while you were able to avoid them easily,"

Austin remarked, looking at his opponents.

"You are right.

Human brat, let me tell you something.

This is the ancestral temple of the creatures of Array Cosmos.

It is dedicated to a powerful array master and

the array inheritance of this entire cosmos comes from this temple only.

I admit that your array skills are remarkably powerful.

However, you are weak here.

These arrays were set up by the array master.

You can't break them no matter how hard you try,"

one of them explained in a condescending tone.

“Oh?

There is an array master in this ancestral temple?

And this temple is responsible for the inheritance of this entire cosmos?

The master's cultivation base must be amazing,’

Austin thought as he gazed at the divine temple.

He could see that the gates of the temple were heavily guarded by a large number of arrays. They were powerful enough to prevent anyone from breaking in.

Even with his spiritual sense, Austin was unable to perceive what was inside.

"Human brat, your time has come.

You know what? I know that you won't be able to break down these arrays.

But just for the fun of it, I would like to see you try. Let's see if you can break them all."

"Ha-ha, are you kidding me? No matter how powerful he is, it's impossible for him to break these arrays. No one can do it!"

Austin's opponents looked at him with playful eyes and mocked.

"All right.

Looks like I have no choice here. I'll need to try and break these arrays down with my mind power. Otherwise, we are all doomed."

Austin sat down cross legged and began figuring a way out of this trap.
