Chapter 100 The Two Join Forces
Benjamin was super worried about Allison. Losing someone as talented as her would be a huge loss. Plus, since she got taken, he felt responsible as her mentor. "Mr. Carter, don't stress. I'll keep the experimental data safe and make sure it doesn't get out. You need to find Gaia fast; nothing can happen to her!" he said. Just then, James came running over. "Mr. Carter, someone just came ashore. I think it's from their side. I saw Cleo!"
Alexander turned and followed, catching sight of Carl and Cleo getting off the boat. "Carl, we need to talk!"
Carl looked at him but didn't say a word. Alexander took off his glasses and fixed his hair, looking like a completely different person. Cleo screamed, "You're Alexander?"
She was freaked out, thinking, 'Is Abel actually Alexander? Then he must know who Allison really is.'
Her face changed instantly. She pulled out a dagger from her waist and held it to Alexander's neck.
"What do you want with Allison?" Cleo demanded, thinking it was shady for Alexander to disguise himself to get close to Allison.
"She's my fiancée, and I love her! No matter who she is, my feelings won't change!" Alexander replied.
"That's a load of crap! If you really cared about her, you wouldn't have lied to her!" Cleo shot back, but Alexander stayed silent.
He turned to Carl. "Carl, I have info on those people. Let's talk in private. Allison's kidnapping was planned, and I won't hurt her!"
With Alexander's skills, finding Allison might not be too hard, but it would take time. And he couldn't stand the thought of her being in danger for even a second longer.
"Follow me!" Carl said shortly.
A big cargo truck was parked by the shore. Carl opened the door and went inside, with Alexander and James following. Inside, it was a command center, staffed by top people from Genesis Creations. Carl asked, "Have you tracked Gaia's watch?"
The tracking guy pointed to a few spots. "The signal's on and off, probably because of signal-blocking gear. The clearest signal is here!"
He pointed to a red spot on an island not far from the base.
Carl ordered, "Get the helicopter ready, we're heading to the island!"
Alexander wanted to go too, but Carl gave him a serious look. "Should I call you Abel or Mr. Carter?"
"Call me whatever. I just want Allison to be safe!" Alexander said urgently.
Suddenly, Carl grabbed him by the collar and shouted, "Don't even say her name in front of me, Alexander. Others might not know your background, but I do. Why are you interested in her? Who are you recruiting talent for?" Alexander went quiet, looking at Carl, not surprised that Carl knew who he was. "If Allison wants to know, I'll tell her everything. But what about you? Can you reveal your true identity?"

He threw the question back at Carl, and Cleo watched, unsure who would come out on top. "Carl, saving Allison is the priority!"
Carl sneered, let go of Alexander, and walked away. Alexander didn't hesitate and followed. James stayed behind to relay messages.
James never thought he'd find himself in the heart of Genesis Creations, surrounded by all their cutting-edge tech. It was a real eye-opener for him.
The helicopter touched down on the island where Allison and the others had been. Carl ordered a search, while Alexander headed towards the beach. There, he found a large patch of blackened debris, likely from something that had been burned.
Cleo spotted bloodstains on one side of the beach, making Carl even more tense and grim-faced.
Alexander sifted through the ashes, hoping to find some useful clues. It was clear these people had left in a hurry. He touched the sand, which was still warm.
Most of the burned items were wood and food scraps. In the sand, Alexander found several fragments, pieces of porcelain. He pieced them together, forming what seemed to be a plate, and a pattern on the back of it made his expression instantly cold. "What did you find?" Carl asked.
Alexander stood up and handed the fragments to Carl. Carl saw the familiar emblem and felt his blood run cold.
"The Eaton family crest. How did it get here?" Carl muttered to himself.
What shocked him more was that Howard had found Allison. Why was he interested in her? Carl suddenly didn't dare to think further.

"He must have planned this for a long time, Carl. This guy has a notorious reputation internationally. I can't let Allison fall into his hands!" Alexander said, clenching his fists. Carl looked seriously at him and asked, "What do you plan to do?"
They didn't know Howard's whereabouts now. He was a lunatic, very secretive, and had connections with many countries, so many national leaders would open doors for him.
"A vessel leaving here won't go unnoticed. There must be some clues. I'll check with the authorities for any information on vessels that match the conditions. You keep searching for traces. We need to send a motor yacht to follow them. Their destination will likely be a port in Aivalia!" Alexander stated.
Carl agreed. This was the first time they were on the same page. Carl arranged for a motor yacht, and he and Alexander boarded it directly, followed closely by James and Cleo.
James had already obtained the official data.
Alexander then commented, "Although Mr. Eaton tries to avoid attracting attention as much as possible, he has very high standards for his quality of life, so the specifications of this vessel must be top-notch." With his analysis, they quickly narrowed it down to one yacht from a dozen.
Alexander said suddenly, "There are only three yachts named Valcra in the world! Two of them are unlikely to be here, so it's very likely that Allison is on this yacht!"
Valcra was large, capable of carrying over a hundred people. It had plenty of space, a swimming pool, and a restaurant-all of which matched Howard's ideal yacht. Alexander asked, "What's the current route?"
"No route provided, confidentiality requested. It only broadcasts its location when docking!" One of them answered.
Given Howard's wealth and influence, many countries would grant him special privileges, making it harder to track his movements.
