Sweet Twins Indulge in Daddy's Love

Chapter 83 Stop Putting On An Act

Doris was fuming with rage as she slammed her hands on the table. "Damn it! I have never been afraid of anyone before." Doris flung her messy hair to the side as she stood in front of Jay. She was already at the point of no return. The only way was to move forward.

Jay lazily looked at Doris as if not affected by her outburst at all. "Please have some," said Jay as he offered the food on the table. He randomly picked a piece of fried meat and was about to give it to her.

Doris wrinkled her forehead and dismissed the man's good gesture. "I'm fine. I'm already full," said Doris as she crossed her arms.

Jay slowly leaned on his seat, and said, "I see. You are full. But we are starving!" Suddenly, Jay threw the chopsticks on the table.

His sudden change of temper caught everyone by surprise. He was really starving, and he was angered.

Doris immediately regained her composure. She slowly approached the table, and mockingly said to Jay, "Please, stop putting on an act. This is my house, MY HOUSE! Do you understand?" She leaned forward with both of her arms on the table and continued, "This is not some motel where you could freely bring women and do disgusting acts. Why do you keep bringing these girls here? Are you trying to disgust me on purpose?"

Jay smirked. "I brought them? Aren't you the reason why they are here?" Jay easily dismissed all claims made by Doris.

The girls looked at each other in utter bewilderment. They were left astonished and couldn't utter a single word as they helplessly watched the two bickering individuals. 'Wasn't she just a servant?

But it doesn't look like they are in a host-and-servant relationship. They are more like a... quarreling couple!

No! This woman can't be Jay's girlfriend!'

Those girls were green with envy. To level the field, they suddenly trapped Jay's arms in their ample bosom. "Mr. Fang, who the hell is she?"

Doris could no longer stand their act. With a mocking smile, she said, "I am the owner of this house. Yes, I asked you guys here, and now I'm asking you to leave. Please leave. NOW!" She stormed towards the door as if showing them the way. The girls were stupefied and couldn't respond for a while. "Leave," said Doris as she opened the door angrily.

"Mr. Fang?" The girls looked pitiful as they asked Jay for a rescue. They looked at Jay with pleading eyes.

They couldn't come to terms with the fact that the woman they despised was actually the owner of this house. Moreover, her relation with Jay puzzled them. How could their handsome Mr. Fang walk freely in her house with only a towel protecting his dignity? This was simply unacceptable!

Jay retrieved his wallet and randomly pulled out a card. It was a bank card. "Withdraw the money and split it among yourselves. You will probably get 100,000 dollars each. But, if you were to let your greed take control, you'll have to bear the consequences." After saying his piece, he casually tossed the card.

The only reason why the girls approached him was for his money and fame. After all, which girl wouldn't jump at the opportunity of becoming the bride of the Fang family?

And even if they couldn't become the bride of the Fang family, so what? They could still get some money out of him. They could still walk home with a stuffed wallet.

Though they showed reluctance, they still took the bank card and immediately went out of the room.

The door was banged shut behind the girls.

Doris angrily looked at the man who was only wearing a bath towel. "You should leave too, Jay," said Doris as she gnashed her teeth. She wished that Jay would leave, just like the girls.

Actually, she felt a bit guilty about her outburst earlier. She knew she overreacted. The anger in Jay's eyes was obvious. Although Jay looked cynical and unruly, he could be daunting when angry. Doris felt nervous now that they were alone in the room.

Jay stood up and slowly walked towards her. His steps were heavy, and his eyes were fixed on her.

Doris stuttered, "W-what are you going to do?" Doris felt a looming sense of danger as Jay got closer to her. She unconsciously took a step back, trying to make some distance. "Where do you think you are hiding, huh?" Jay spoke heavily. The next second, Doris was forced against the wall with both of Jay's hands are on her shoulders.

She closed her eyes and crossed her arms in front of her chest. Trying to protect herself from the attacker. "Stop it!" she screamed. The feisty woman of the past was long gone. Her voice was trembling now. Jay was amused by Doris' reaction. He chuckled and said, "Well, Doris, I won't do anything to you. I'm just hungry. You didn't let me have dinner. So, you should at least give me something to fill my stomach, right?" Jay's tone was dripping with tenderness.

Doris wasn't one to get easily deceived. She felt multiple red flags rising due to Jay's fake tenderness.

Doris tried to stay calm. "I'll cook noodles for you," said Doris, sincerely.

"I'm already bored of eating noodles. You are aware of that, aren't you?" His thin finger playfully touched her neck.

Doris shriveled her neck. His touch sent a chill down her spine. Her body trembled as goosebumps rose all over.

"What do you want to eat? I'll make it right away," Doris asked innocently while being vigilant.

She was really okay with cooking for him. She just wanted to end this awkwardly dangerous situation as soon as possible.

"You!" Jay declared as if it was the most normal thing ever.

The three-letter-word brought along with it the feeling of icy hell.

She laughed awkwardly. Trying to sound cool, she mumbled, Tm not that tasty. My skin is rough and thick. By the way, I also have a skin disease. If you eat me, you will be infected. My life is worthless. Yes, that's how my life is. But you are someone extremely important. If you get the disease, your family will lose the successor, and I will be blamed."

However, Jay didn't buy any of her nonsense.

In one fell swoop, he placed her on his shoulders and carried her to the bedroom.

"You bastard! Put me down! I say, put me down!" said Doris. All this while she didn't forget to repeatedly hit Jay's back. Nonetheless, all the strikes and shouts fell on deaf ears.

He directly threw her on the bed and pressed her under his body.

"Doris, you messed up. Don't blame me!" Jay was really annoyed earlier today. And this was his revenge. He pulled his towel away and, lo and behold, there it was in all its glory, eager to get on with it. "What?" Doris was so shocked that she couldn't think straight. She tried to free herself from Jay, but she has no way of escaping

Jay turned the lights off and allowed darkness to take over.

The darkness was witness to the intertwining of two bodies, which tossed and turned like a maiden's tresses. The angry curses quickly turned into moans of ecstasy, lasting the entire night.

It was already dawn when Doris slowly opened her eyes while rubbing her aching temples.

She unconsciously touched the other half of the bed. It was still warm. Jay probably left just a few minutes before she woke up.

The memories of last night slowly came back. Reliving them, Doris couldn't help but feel as if she was struck by lightning. She jumped out of bed, completely ignoring her aching and sore body and ran to the kitchen. Like a madwoman, she rummaged her cabinets for a knife... A cleaver if she could.

As if possessed, she directly ran to the bathroom, ready to stab anything at first sight. She believed that Jay should be taking a shower after last night's... Let's just say exercise.

She pushed the door open with every ounce of her strength, ready to charge. However, what greeted her wasn't Jay's surprised face; rather it was just blank emptiness.

His wet clothes that were hanging were also gone.

'Did he leave in wet clothes?' Doris thought.

"Damn it! You bullied me and then left as if nothing happened!" Doris growled. She was so annoyed because she couldn't settle the score with Jay right here and right now. Even though it had already come to pass and there was no way to turn back time, she couldn't help but desire a payback.

She racked her brain to come up with a good revenge plan.

She couldn't just knock on the Fang family's door and demand their son to take responsibility.

Let's just say that the Fang family forced their son to take responsibility for her, then what about the other women their son slept with?

Moreover, the Fang family might think she was after their wealth, just like all the others.

Alas! Doris surrendered.

'Well, just gotta forget about it. Anyway, he wasn't that bad in bed. I can just think that I slept with a gigolo.'

Even though her self-consolation made her sick, she couldn't throw away her life because of a one-night stand.

Just like that, she pretended as if nothing happened. Doris cooked a large bowl of noodles for herself and ate it all like a warrior starved for a month.

After eating, she freshened up and planned to go to work like her usual days.

At the same time, Jay arrived at the Fang family.

The funny thing was, just as Doris thought, Jay went home in wet clothes.

He wasn't stupid enough to wait around until Doris woke up. He was quite certain that he would not live to see another day if she woke up before him.

So, when Doris was sleeping, he ran away as if his life depended on that.

The Fang family members were sitting in the living room that day. The moment Jay entered the room, his sister Sarah, couldn't help but notice his sorry state. She shouted in surprise, "Mom, Dad, look!

My brother seems to have fallen into the water. I never knew someone could become so miserable just by falling in love," Sarah teased without giving any breathing space.

Jay was also surprised to find his family in the living room. "Who said I'm in love?" Jay answered his sister, quite annoyed. Jack took off his wet shirt and threw it into the trash can.

Sarah didn't give up on pissing off her brother. "Well, you don't need to say something like that. We can easily tell it from your expressions and behavior," she said, grinning from ear to ear. "You never change. Ever since childhood, you haven't quit making fun of me. When will you grow up?" Jay didn't hide his annoyance one bit.

"Why are you so serious? Can't you see, I was just joking?" Sarah sighed and said, "Oh God! When did you become so petty?"

"Silly!" Jay said in a low voice. After that, he went straight to his room upstairs. He was exhausted after teaching Doris the whole night about the consequences of messing with him.
