Pursuing My Ex Wife in Full Blooming Spring novel (Naomi)

Chapter 153

Under the night sky and bright lights, the tall man walked quickly. His surroundings were affected by his movements. No one dared to move. It was quiet all around.

When the other people in the other rooms saw what was happening, they stopped drinking and looked at him.

Sasha looked at the tall, domineering man. A sense of fear she never felt before washed over her. She was stunned.

Was that Scott?

Impossible. She must have hallucinated or something. She could probably be drunk, too. After all, how could the busy Scott be here? Everywhere quieted down. Even the music in the background seemed to have faded away as well. It was so quiet, it was a little terrifying.

Dylan was standing in front at the end. He was looking at the commotion with his phone in his hand, smiling.

Jonas stood next to him, evidently not as happy as he was. He looked at Scott striding over to them and muttered to Dylan. "You're going to get it."

"What do you mean? Look at him. Look how much he cares. Tsk. Who would've thought, huh? But he should care. Naomi is such a good person. She's kind-hearted, gentle, understanding, and caring. Not to mention pretty. Where are you going to find a great girl like her?"

Dylan added, "Only Scott wouldn't know how to appreciate what God has given him. He deserved it for now having to pursue her back!"

Dylan did not think that he had done any wrong at all. Scott was a man, after all. Sometimes, they needed a push. They needed to be provoked. That included Scott, who was someone who always did things calmly.

Jonas could not be bothered with Dylan. "Let's go." He turned and headed back to the room.

He was here when he saw Dylan bringing her here. They were alone as well, so he called Dylan to ask what was happening. After all, there were some things one could not joke about, especially when it concerned Scott. Scott could not take a joke at all.

Dylan told him a rough idea about the situation. He immediately understood what Dylan was planning, so he called Scott to tell him where Naomi was, in case any misunderstanding or accident happened. He never would have thought that the accident would happen. Although it was not a huge matter, it was not a small matter to Scott either.

Looking at the current situation, Jonas thought it would be best to leave as soon as possible.

As Jonas left, Dylan snickered smugly and said, "You might be scared of him, but I'm not. He might even thank me later."

He had just finished his sentence when he felt a current of terrifyingly cold air washing over him.

He shuddered and subconsciously looked up to meet a pair of sharp gazes. Dylan stiffened. His smug face froze as well.

Scott swept Dylan a gaze and quickly left, pulling Naomi along.

Naomi was trying hard to keep up with Scott and not fall over. She kept looking at her feet. At the same time, she noticed Scott's darkened expression. Her eyebrows furrowed.

Scott was not in the right mood. What happened? Did something happen?

She was only thinking about Scott that she did not notice Jonas and Dylan, not even when she walked past Dylan.

Soon, they left the Sicily Pub. The chauffeur opened the door, and Scott shoved Naomi into the car before entering.

"Back to the hotel."

The chauffeur could clearly sense Scott's sullen temper. He immediately responded, "Yes, sir."

The car started and soon drove off toward the hotel.
