Project Faith

Chapter 15

The mood on the ship was solemn. They lost a very important member. It affected the mission and the feelings on the crew. They were on the bridge reflecting the recent change. Vlad felt guilty knowing that he vaporized the remains of his friend. Ezi lost a lot of friends to the Svantevit and felt that the mission was righteous, but she was going to miss the sexy dark skin fellow. Piet really liked Zain, but he seemed to be affected the least. Maybe it was his experience or his age, but he knew that space was a dangerous place and people died. Faith was no stranger to death, she lost her parents, Roat-At-Tat and saw the slaughter of New Hope.

Lydia took it hard. The doctor leaned back in her chair staring at Zain empty seat. It was her called that put the crew in danger. Lydia took full responsibility for his death. It was hers alone to bear. Simona didn’t see it that way. The former star force officer needed someone to blame and she took her venom out on Faith.

“This was your fucking fault!” Simona yelled as tears ran down her cheek. Her fists clenched and she gave Faith a strong piercing stare. If looks could kill, Faith would be a dead woman.

Lydia rose from her chair. “It wasn’t her call, Simona. If you want to be mad at someone, take it up with me.”

“Understand, ma’am,” Simona replied. “There is enough blame for the both of you. But it was her fucking influence over you.”

“I’m sorry about Zain,” Faith said.

“Spare me your pity,” Simona hollered. “You are just a fucking tool. You have no feelings. I see you kill. You are just a cold-hearted bitch.”

Faith let out a deep breath. Her body tensed all over like she was preparing for a fight. A fight that would put an end to this verbal onslaught, but she kept her feelings in check. The feelings that Simona believed that Faith didn’t have.

Simona pulled out her pistol and aimed it at Faith’s head. “You might be a super-soldier, but you are not a fucking god.”

Faith walked up to Simona until the barrel of the pistol pressed against Faith’s forehead. “Prove it.”

“Simona,” Lydia yelled. “Put that thing down, that is a fucking order.”

Simona closed her eyes, took her finger off the trigger. Her grip tightened grip on the pistol and cracked Faith across the face with the butt of the pistol.

Faith had been hit harder. The blow really didn’t hurt. It didn’t even break her skin, but Faith knew that Simona needed it. Faith was a big girl. She could take it. “I’ll give you that one.”

Simona holstered her weapon. “Get out of my face.”

“Not a problem.” Faith started to walk off the bridge, but Lydia grabbed her arm.

“Look,” Lydia addressing the crew. “This whole mission is difficult. We knew the risk when we signed up. We knew there was a chance that we might not come back. I knew it.” Lydia pointed to Simona. “You knew it and Zain fucking knew it. I’m sorry that he died. It was my fault. Not Faith. Not Ezi.” Lydia again pointed at Simona. “Not you. I will have to live with this. Fighting each other is not going to bring him back. Let’s make sure that Zain did not die in vain.”

The speech helped. Simona unclenched her fists, walked up to Faith. “I’m sorry.” Simona extended her hand.

Faith hesitated, a strong urge came over Faith to take Simona’s arm and rip it out of the socket and beat the tactical officer with it, but Faith did what was best for the team and accepted Simona’s apology. The two shook and appeared to make peace. Faith excused herself from the bridge, she needed something to break.

###

Faith paced in her quarters, curing under her breath, both in terrain and drilli. There were two fresh fist indentations in the wall. Simona said things that Faith felt others believed, including Lydia. Faith’s screams echoed in her quarter. She wanted to bang her head against the wall. Lydia walked in Faith’s quarters. Normally, that would have been a safe decision, but not today.

“Get out!” Faith yelled refusing to make eye contact.

“This is my ship,” Lydia yelled back in defiance. “I’m not going anywhere.”

“How can you care for a monster like me?”

“You are not a monster.”

Faith let out a loud scream and grabbed Lydia by the collar and lifted her friend’s feet off the floor. “What am I to you? A tool? A weapon? A mission?”

“A friend,” Lydia answered. “You are special to me.”

“Am I?” Faith asked. “I scare you. I scare them all.” Faith let go of Lydia. “I rip out eyes, break necks and decipted people, without giving it a second thought. I don’t hesitate to kill. It is first nature to me. I was breed for this.”

“You are not an animal,” Lydia argued. “And you are not a goddamn robot program to kill. You are a human being.”

Faith growled and turn her back. “Go away, Lydia.”

“You used to scare me,” Lydia said, “but not anymore. To be honest with you, you were nothing but a tool to me. Something I used and controlled, but all that has changed.”

“Get out, Lydia.” Faith still couldn’t face her friend. Her shoulders dropped as tears ran down her cheeks.

“You are not a tool or a weapon,” Lydia explained. “I don’t see you like that. No more games, Faith. I care about you. Can you get that throw your thick skull?”

“Why would you?” Faith’s back was still facing Lydia. “I’m damaged.”

Lydia took hold of Faith’s hands and turned the young woman around. Faith looked down, voiding any eye contact. “Look at me,” Lydia said. Faith was able to look up and see Lydia’s pretty green eyes. “I need you.”

“For the mission?” Faith asked.

“The team needs you for the mission,” Lydia said. ”I need you.”

Faith smirked. “You trying to keep me happy? So, I won’t leave? Throwing me a bone?”

“No,” Lydia answered. “I’m trying to keep me happy. Things have been building up for a while. I have feelings for you. I tried to resist. I tried to keep it professional but failed. Do you feel the same way?”

“Since the day I saw you,” Faith answered. “Fantasies of a young stupid girl.”

“It is not a fantasy,” Lydia said. “I need to be with you. I want you, Faith.” Lydia’s hands rested on her friend’s hips. “I’m not saying we are going to get married and live the next fifty years as a blissful couple. Hell, we might not last two months, but I want to try.”

Faith’s cheeks stained with fresh tears as she looked into Lydia’s eyes. “You said you want me?” Faith asked.

“Yes.”

“Show me.” Faith’s voice cracked, showing a brief sign of uncertain, but it left as their lips met.

There wasn’t any whiskey affecting their behavior this time. Faith’s mouth opened, tasting Lydia’s lips and feeling the wetness of the red head’s tongue. Lydia’s hands moved up from Faith’s hips to the side of the warrior’s stomach causing a brief fit of laughter as Lydia’s fingers unintentional tickled the soft skin of blue eye pixie.

Lydia moved her hands under the cropped top, caressing the bare breasts of Faith for the first time. Faith moaned into the kiss as she felt the warmest of Lydia’s hands applying the slightest pressure. Faith’s nipples hardened with arousal as Lydia’s fingers played with them. Faith felt her body getting warmer to the point that her clothes were a challenge to her comfort. Lydia quickly took Faith’s top off and tossed it across the room. Faith never worn a bra, she didn’t need one, her years of training created a firm, fit and appealing body.

“You’re so beautiful,” Lydia whispered. Faith’s neck was the next target of Lydia’s lips. Faith mumbled soft quite words in drillus as her breathing became shallow. Lydia enjoyed feeling the soft contours and curves of Faith’s breast and stomach. Lydia used her feet to take off her shoes and kicked them to the side. Faith unzipped Lydia’s one piece jumper, got too anxious as the zipper broke off, but it didn’t stop Faith from peeling the outfit off the doctor’s body. After witness Faith’s performance on taking off the jumper, Lydia decided to take off her own bra to prevent further damage to her wardrobe. Genetics were kind to Lydia. Her breasts were slightly bigger than Faith, but not as firm.

“Come,” Lydia’s voice whispered as she took Faith by the hand. The two moved to the bunk as Lydia pushed Faith down on the mattress.

“You like it a little rough,” Faith asked.

“No,” Lydia answered. “I love being in control.” Lydia climbed on top of Faith and planted kisses around her friend’s neck, sucking the soft and tender skin. Faith’s sensual moans were music to Lydia’s ear, knowing that her victim was enjoying the moment.

Faith’s arms laid over her head as they rested on the pillow, giving Lydia a full view of the perfect body and the perfect weapon.

Lydia’s lips and tongue left wet trails over Faith’s neck and breast. Faith loved feeling the wetness of Lydia’s mouth, and the way the doctor kissed, licked and sucked on the sensitive nipples. Roat-At-Tat taught Faith the vital pressure points of the body, but Lydia knew all the erogenous zones. Lydia reached beneath Faith’s shorts and felt the wetness of Faith’s arousal. The young woman leaned into Lydia’s hand, feeling the steady strokes and soft caresses.

Lydia grabbed the band of Faith’s short and pulled them down until Faith was free of the garment. Laying fully naked in front of Lydia, an insecure feeling came over Faith, but it came to an end as Lydia pried open Faith’s legs, kissing the knee, moved up to the thighs and to the upper inner thighs. Lydia’s lips and tongue teased around Faith’s opening. Lydia licked and kissed the dark coarse hair before burying her tongue deep into Faith’s love.

Lydia’s nails scratched down the sides of Faith’s body, creating a cool sensation. Faith’s hands tangled in Lydia’s red hair and held the doctor’s head in place as Lydia’s tongue continued to work its magic. Faith carefully wrapped her legs around Lydia’s shoulders and neck. The doctor took a firm gripped on Faith’s waist as she enjoyed the smell and taste. As the blood rushed from Faith’s head, a lightness came over her as Lydia’s tongue hit all the right spots.

Lydia brought Faith to the edge of ecstasy several times but wasn’t going to let the raven hair woman enjoy the full pleasures. Faith ruled the battlefield, but the bedroom was Lydia’s domain. Faith begged for a released as her back arched and legs tighten around Lydia’s neck. Faith panted harder and faster as her body couldn’t take it anymore. Lydia felt that Faith suffered enough and allowed the warrior to experience the full pleasure.

Faith let out a scream of passion that she thought she couldn’t receive. Her body shook as the orgasm twisted her core. Faith knew her body could handle pain, but was unaware that it could handle so much pleasure. Faith never completely been with anyone in the same way she was with Lydia. Lydia had partners before, but Faith was something special. Their feelings were strong. This wasn’t lust, the urges that Faith felt for Ezi. This was real. They became one as their legs intertwined. Their tongues discovered every secret and every curve. Their fingers enjoyed every touch. The sweat, grim and love covered their bodies.

After hours of pleasuring each other, Lydia’s body, mind, and soul gave out and she collapsed on the bunk. Faith’s head rested on Lydia’s chest, hearing the rapid heartbeat and heavy breathing of her redheaded lover. Lydia ran her fingers the drenched hair of Faith.

“Are you tired?” Faith asked as she kissed Lydia’s bare shoulder.

“Running marathons don’t even prepare me for this,” Lydia said. “You are going to be the death of me.”

“I would never let that happen,” Faith said. “This feels right to me. Your body next to mine. Feeling every movement you make. Your taste, your smell, feeling the warmth of your body. I never felt so happy. I never felt so at peace.”

“Not too peaceful,” Lydia said. “I still need you to kill for me and wreak havoc.”

Faith smiled and laughed. “You really know how to flatter a girl.”

“I’m glad I could put a smile on somebody face.” Lydia looked out towards the ceiling.

Faith climbed on top of Lydia. “I’m so sorry about, Zain. I should have kept my mouth shut and let you blow up that ship.”

“Don’t worry yourself,” Lydia said. “We did the galaxy a favor for taking out that group. The death of one good person is worth the trade of three hundred assholes.”

“That is a teaching that Roat-At- Tat never taught me.” Faith slowly kissed the doctor of the lips. “Would Simona forgive me?”

“No,” Lydia answered without hesitation. “But Simona is a professional. She would move past this.”

“And you?”

“I already have.”

The two kissed, tasting each other. Faith focused on Lydia’s neck as one of Faith’s hands reached between the doctor’s legs.

“Oh dear God!” Lydia murmured as she watched Faith’s head moving down. “Damn that AMPED,” Lydia moaned as Faith’s tongue traveled inside, creating a pleasurable rush in the already satisfied redhead. Lydia’s mind escaped as the whirlwind of joy build up, but a small piece of Lydia came back to earth as she heard Piet’s voice.

“Lydia.” Piet’s voice ringing in Lydia’s earpiece.

“Yes, go ahead.” Lydia bit her tongue trying to mask the pleasure that Faith stirred up again.

“I need you to come to the briefing room.”

“I will be there in fifteen minutes,” Lydia answered.

Faith looked up. “I don’t think so.” And continued to provide Lydia with the tongue lashing that forced the doctor to control the primal urge to moan in ecstasy.

“I... might... need... an hour,” Lydia managed to control her panting in a sad attempt to hide her pleasure.

###

“You looked relax,” Piet commented as he turned away from the monitor when Lydia walked into the room.

“A good hot shower would do that to you.” Lydia looked at the monitor. “What are you showing me?”

“The data from the Svantevit,” he said.

“You are not a code breaker.”

“I needed something to do to keep my mind focus. I’m a Jack of all trades, but I was able to make sense of most of it.”

“What did you find?”

Piet stroked a couple of keys and several pages popped up on the screen. “Their client list. Some of these go back about twenty years. Almost everybody worked with them. Drilli military, some members of Star Force, several governments in the Association. Your boss will kill for a list like this.”

Lydia smiled. “Yes, he would. That is why he is not getting it.”

“There are several entries I can’t crack.”

“Send it to my quarters. I will take a look at it.

“No problem.”

Ezi walked into the room and looked at the monitor. “What’s this?”

“Nothing,” Piet answered.

Ezi looked at Lydia. “Still don’t trust me?”

“It’s not that,” Lydia replied. “It’s just sensitive.”

Ezi walked up to the monitor. “These locked files are based on Shavili’s technology. You might have problems. I could take a look at them?”

Lydia hesitated. Ezi proved to be a trusted ally, but Lydia still had some concerns but gave into the shavili. “Just unlock them. Don’t read or analyze. Do you understand?”

“Of course,” Ezi replied. “This might take a while.”

“We are about a day away from the jump,” Lydia added. “Work your magic until then.”

Simona walked into the room, Lydia wasn’t sure if Simona heard any of the group conversations. “Ma’am, may I have a word with you.”

“Does anyone on this ship working at their station?” Lydia joked. “What is it?”

“I want to talk to you in private.”

“Fine,” Lydia replied. “We can talk in the lab.” The two walked down to the lab to have their private conservation. The lab was the only quiet section of the ship. Lately, Lydia had spent more time in her quarters. Even though the lab was her real home, but there hasn’t been much need for it. Simona wasn’t much for small talk, so she just got to the point.

“I’m sorry for my behavior on the bridge,” Simona said. “It was unprofessional and reckless. I hope you will forgive me for my actions. I never had to...” Simona paused as she had trouble getting the words out. “Deal with death. Not in combat or my personal life. I guess I took his death harder than expected.”

“I had to admit,” Lydia said. “I was shocked by your behavior. I read your file. You were always professional. I could understand if Zain and you were close, but this was your first assignment with him.”

“People deal with death in their own way,” Simona reported. “No matter the connection.” The tactical officer looked around the lab and back at Lydia. “What is Ezi doing in the briefing room?”

“She is helping me with the Svantevit’s data. Why you ask?”

“I’m still keeping tabs on Ezi. I know you don’t fully trust her.”

“I thought you two were getting closer.”

“She makes interesting company, but I thought she was closer to Faith?”

“She is,” Lydia said. “But I would love if she got closer to you. Maybe she could keep your mind focus.”

Simona laughed. “Are you trying to cut out the competition, ma’am?”

Lydia raised an eyebrow. “What are you talking about?”

“You don’t need a degree in psychology to know that Faith likes you,” Simona said. “You feel the same way about her. You don’t have to be an expert on alien behavior to know that Ezi likes Faith as well.

Lydia chuckled. “You can’t tell me that you aren’t interested in Ezi?”

Simona blushed. “My interest in Ezi is strictly professional, ma’am.”

“Stop lying to yourself.” Lydia walked closer to Simona. “I do recall a couple of statements you made about our purple friend when she first came aboard. I mean she is a very beautiful and an intelligent creature.”

“I’m not going to lie to you, ma’am.” Simona replied. “I do find her very interesting.”

“Interesting?” Lydia asked the question.

“I get soaked just thinking about her, ma’am.”

Lydia laughed. “Getting closer to her is a better way to keep tabs on her.”

“It could be quite enjoyable, ma’am.”

“You don’t have to keep it professional. Besides, I think an hour from now she would love a distraction.”

“Understood, ma’am.”

###

Simona knew what Lydia expected, it wasn’t an order, but it was applied. Besides, it wouldn’t be the worst assignment she ever had. Simona was attractive to Ezi and was very curious. She never been with another species, which added to the curiosity. Even though Simona hadn’t spent much time with the shavili, she has been kept tabs on her guest since the purple alien came aboard the ship. Simona learned Ezi’s habits and patterns, the way the shavili’s looked at Faith, wondering if they were planning to take over the ship or just engaging in harmless flirting. Simona knew enough about Ezi, the tactical officer knew that the shavili respected intelligence as well as strength. Simona had both of those qualities.

Simona stripped away from her uniform and replaced it with a pair of black fitted pants and a tight sleeveless golden blouse. Her new outfit showed her curvy athletic built. Simona released her long auburn hair from the pony-tail and decided to let it down and allow it to flow. She applied a small amount of make-up to her eyes and lips, and blast some perfume behind her ear and on her neck. The prep work for her plan was done, now it was time to execute. Simona walked down the corridors to the briefing room where she saw shavili.

Working hard in the briefing room, Ezi made some progress on the data, but the code was very complex, even for the smart and talented Shavili’s scientist. The code challenged her mind and even frustrated her several times, but Ezi knew she would break it. While she solved equations and cracked a couple of layers of security, a thought ran in her head. ‘How did the Svantevit get access to shavili’s code techniques?’

Simona walked into the briefing room, right away, Ezi noticed the change in the appearance of the attractive tactical officer. Simona rested her hand on Ezi’s shoulder. “It looks like you can use a break.”

“The data is starting to blend together,” Ezi said. “A break might be the best thing for me.” Ezi took in the smell of Simona’s perfume. “A very appealing scent, but I also like your natural musk.”

“Thank you?” Simona replied. “I would like to talk.”

“By all means, Ms. Pierno.”

“I didn’t know you knew my last name.”

“My interests peaked,” Ezi explained. “So, I did my research, like any good scientist.

Simona sat down and looked into Ezi bright yellow eyes, which had a semi-hypnotic effect. One could get lost in them, which almost happen to Simona until she quickly snapped out of it. “I’m sorry for my behavior on the bridge.”

“You didn’t threaten to shoot me,” Ezi said. “Or hit me in the face with your gun. Faith is the one you should be talking too, not me.”

“Faith,” Simona said clenching her teeth. “Is everything always about Faith? I admit, she is amazing, but the galaxy doesn’t revolve around her.”

“Are you jealous of the little one?” Ezi questioned came off as a statement of fact.

“Envy,” Simona said. “Not jealous.”

“My understanding of your language still confuses me at times,” Ezi explained. “But isn’t envy and jealousy the same thing.”

“Yeah.” Simona’s eyes rolled. “Pretty much.”

“Does your blood boils by the mere mention of her name?”

“Yeah, does yours?”

“Yes,” Ezi answered, “but not the way you are thinking. Enough about Faith. I know you have something else on your agenda.”

“How do you mean my purple friend?” Simona leaned into the conservation hoping Ezi would take a closer look.

“I see the way you walked into this room,” the shavili said. “Trying to express a sense of sexuality with your hair down and wearing a very attractive outfit. Trying to get me arouse?” Ezi paused. “By the way, the outfit looks amazing on you. You should wear it more often.” The shavili ran her fingers in Simona’s hair and stroked the side of the woman’s face.

“It’s not a very effective outfit for combat.” Simona’s voice cracked a little.

“It depends,” Ezi said in her typical deep sultry tone. “What battle are you trying to fight? Are you trying to get my defenses down?”

“Is it working?”

“Maybe?” Ezi winked at Simona then went back to breaking the code. “You are a warrior. You need to act like one.”

Simona wasn’t sure about Ezi’s last statement. “What?” The officer mission was failing it was time to cut her loses and leave the room with some dignity. Then she realized what Ezi meant. Simona was a warrior and warriors were aggressive and determine, not passive. She stood up and straddled the purple temptress and grabbed the sides of Ezi’s face. Forcing the two to stare eye to eye. “I will not be ignored. My panties are soaked. And isn’t because of poor climate control in this room.”

“Now, we are talking,” Ezi said with a huge smile.

Simona stroked the top of Ezi’s head like she knew what buttons to push. Ezi’s eyes closed and a long moan escaped her mouth. Simona leaned in and kissed Ezi, tasting the spiciest of the alien’s lips, it was a pleasant surprise. “Wow, I did not expect that.”

Ezi grabbed Simona’s arms. “Prepare yourself.” The shavili lifted Simona and slammed the officer’s back on the table.

“Fuck!” Simona cried out in excitement.

“You are going to learn a whole new meaning of that word.” Ezi straddled her victim and ripped open Simona’s top, exposing the officer’s bare breasts. “Very nice. You should wear your top like this.”

Simona giggled. “I don’t think Lydia would approve of this attire.”

“To hell with Lydia.” Ezi grasped Simona’s arms at the wrists and slammed them on the table. The shavili’s grip was like a vice, which Simona couldn’t break.

With Simona’s arms bonded over her head, she was in a willing but vulnerable position. The shavili’s other hand caressed and gave off a series of low-grade shocks to Simona’s tender breasts.

A sexual surge raced through Simona’s body. The tiny hairs on her arms rose. Her eyes dilated and her breasts became very sensitive. The moisture between her legs soaked through her pants. Ezi reached beneath Simona’s pants and felt the young officer’s saturation. Simona let out a loud moan as Ezi’s hand tightened on the woman’s soaked sex.

Ezi stared into Simona’s eyes. “This might burn.”

Simona panting, already in a state of euphoria, barely got these few words out. “Then... burn... me.”

Ezi released a steady shock. Simona tried to fight the urge to scream but failed. The orgasm forced out of the young lady. It did hurt, but it was worth it. Simona’s screams were sounds of pain and torture, not of lust and pleasure, but Simona desired the pain, she loved the burn.

The two kissed like their bodies craved the feeling. Simona wrapped her legs tight around Ezi’s waist. They didn’t remember when their clothes came off, but they found themselves rubbing and grinding their naked bodies against each other. The friction, the heat the passion and the pain was addicting.

Ezi’s body engulfed in low-grade field of electricity and Simona clung on, feeling the luscious and painful jolts. They felt every curve, every crease, and every current. Their senses explored each other on multiple levels. Simona’s body drained as the shocks came in patterns of threes.

“Yes!” Simona screamed at the top of her lungs with each powerful jolt. Her nails dug into moistened purple flesh, her toes spread wide as rolls of orgasms exploded in her body. “More,” she begged. “Burn me!” Simona grabbed the top of Ezi’s head and squeezed. “Burn me!”

Ezi delivered a powerful shock which rocked both of their core. The electric field expanded as their bodies levitated a couple of centimeters off the table as they continued to grind.

“Burn me,” Simona begged one more time.

Ezi sat up, moving her hip as their sex merge as one. The shavili throw her head and let loud a deep moan and she dug her nails in Simona’s breasts and delivered another shock. Their sex tribbed against each other. The hard grinding of their love as their bodies fed off the raw lust. The friction and the heat between the two were enough to open jump stream to another sector of space. Their hands locked as the last rolls of passion came over their bodies.

They crashed down on the table and rolled onto the floor. Their bodies drained and no words exchanged between the two. Both relieved they survived the most explosive sexual experience of their lives. Simona mustered up enough strength and rolled towards Ezi. The officer didn’t say a word, but one simple though ran in her mind, ‘Mission accomplish.’
