Chapter Regret
Controlling ties and heckled chains
Beneath the sea with mourning rain
Expanding lungs aside from sweat
A life in full... complete regret
Deny it then, forgive me now
But how?
A pleasant place, a decent spot
For time to tie the controlling knot
If it did, it will, that it won’t, it lies
One beaten path with adjoining ties
Forgive the past, forgive it now
But how?
Crashing a wave is not what you see
Judge it— you will, for your will to be
Bounded by wrist poise in the fist
Forgive it now beyond the list
Never again take the bow
But how?
Can I?
