Suddenly, Stella opened her eyes, and as a cold glint flashed in her gaze, she stabbed his stomach with the bottle opener in her hand. Charles howled as he fell to the side while covering his stomach.
Stella grabbed the bottle opener on the table just now. When she saw the opportunity, she immediately ran outside.
“Hold it!” He yelled, “Grab that bitch!” Then, a few bodyguards came after her.
Stella felt weak in her arms and legs. Since she was drugged, she was losing consciousness. She wanted to run back to the room Yelena was in. However, just as she was about to go up the stairs, she was grabbed by the bodyguards and stopped in the hallway.
Charles approached her in a huff, and he looked furious as he pressed her head against the wall.
“Fine. Since you like putting on a public live show, I’ll grant you your wish.” He got on top of her and instructed his bodyguards while breathing heavily, I’ve never done it in the hallway before. How exciting! Surround me and don’t let anyone get close to us!”
“Understood!”
Stella tried her best to struggle. “Charles, if you lay a finger on me, my dad will never let you go!”
“We’ll see when he gets out of prison.” He smiled in disdain, grabbed her hair, and lifted her head.
She was in so much pain that she frowned. Then, she used the last strength she had to kick backward Charles pinned her leg down and said through gritted teeth, “Still being stubborn, huh? If I can’t do it with you tonight, I’ll spell my name backward.”
Stella was about to give up when she suddenly saw a couple of people coming downstairs. It was Brian and Jessica. The latter was grabbing his arm like a loving girlfriend. When she saw that, Stella’s blood
boiled. Just as she was about to cry for help, Charles covered her mouth.
“Quiet!” He was afraid of Brian, so he told his bodyguards to cover Stella. Her gaze turned cold, and she bit hard on his hand. Charles let go in pain, and she quickly yelled for help. “Brian!”
Brain turned around when he heard that. Since it was too dark, she didn’t see his face clearly. She could only feel him looking in her direction, and she could feel the air around him turning solemn. It only took a few seconds for him to go from being noble and elegant to cold and ruthless.
When Brian approached them, he saw Stella being pinned to the ground by Charles, and her clothes were
in a mess. At that moment, Brian’s gaze turned cold, and he grabbed Charles‘ hair and violently pulled the
latter up.
Since Charles was a few inches shorter than Brian, he was completely lifted off the ground, and his face.
turned pale. “Mr. Mr. Foley.”
“How dare you touch my woman?” Brian said deeply. Right after that, he bashed Charles‘ head to the wall
loudly, and the latter’s head began to bleed. Stella was stunned when she heard Brian calling her his
woman.

He continued to grab Charles‘ bleeding head and made the latter look up at Stella. “Is she someone you
can touch?”
Charles winced in tremendous pain as his face was covered in blood. Then, he begged her for mercy m

“I can’t hear you.” Brian bashed his head on the wall again,
Blood gushed out of Charles‘ nose, and his voice trembled as he continued to beg. “Stella, I used to be friends with your father. Please talk to Mr. Foyer for me and tell him to let me go…”
“If it weren’t for you betraying my dad, his company wouldn’t have faced any issues.” She kicked him weakly and numbly leaned against the wall.
Two years ago, Charles got her father into trouble. Stella’s father, Simon Yates, was a supplier. Charles sneaked some materials that didn’t fit the standards and caused a building to collapse. Simon had to bear the responsibility himself and go to prison while Charles got away unpunished.
When Stella thought of that, hatred filled her eyes. She wanted to continue beating him up, stopped her. “That’s enough. Don’t get your hands dirty”
