Chapter 27: Solution

“Even if I made a mistake, we all saw

mail!

Owen clenched his fists tightly.

“You were trying to steal company secrets!”

Sandra approached the computer. “Well, Mr. Pope, I’ll demonstrate it again, and you better pay close attention!”

With that, she started typing.

This time, everyone noticed that she was typing at a fast pace with her fingers dancing across the keys.

She definitely wasn’t a beginner!

At the very least, she knew something about computer technology

Soon, the computer screen turned blue, and then a video appeared.

The content of the video was simple.

It explained the steps Sandra had taken earlier.

It turned out that Sandra had discovered a loophole in the company’s firewall and fixed it directly.

During the process of fixing it, she obviously had to conduct some

tests.

The email they had seen earlier was one of the tests.

Owen stared at the video, his eyes wide.

In the end, his eyes seemed bloodshot.

“Mr. Pope, when you accused me, I was actually testing the system.”

Sandra chuckled.

“I just didn’t expect that you wouldn’t even understand such simple codes. As the director of the technical department, you’re indeed…”

She raised her voice.

“…not competent enough.”

Owen froze on the spot.

He seemed to have suffered a significant blow.

Immediately after, he clutched his chest, his face pale.

He couldn’t say a word.

“Oh, by the way.”

Sandra suddenly unplugged the USB drive from the computer and waved it in front of Owen’s eyes.

“Mr. Pope, I found a virus program in the USB drive you gave me and removed it for you.”

She smiled slightly.

“You don’t have to thank me.”

The employees began whispering again.

“Mr. Pope is a computer expert. How could he not know there was a virus program?”

“Maybe he put it in himself.”

“If he really neglected the virus program, he’s not worthy of being the director of the technical department.”

Their words felt like slaps, landing harshly on Owen’s face:

Owen had been an outstanding student since childhood and had been aggressively sought after by major companies after graduation.

He couldn’t withstand such a blow.

As he listened to the mocking words, he felt unsteady.

Sandra had no sympathy for someon ho had tried to harm her.

“Mrs. Debra Cooper, may I ask how to deal with an employee who lacks technical skills and slanders colleagues?” Sandra asked.

Everyone gasped again.

Everyone knew that Owen had been promoted by Debra herself.

Even though Owen was in the wrong, they thought he would just be

fined.

But Sandra directly questioned Debra, which was a blow to her prestige.

Debra remained silent.

Owen’s face turned pale as he said, “Mrs. Debra Cooper, it’s my fault.

1…”

Η

“Mr. Pope, are you resigning?”

Sandra got impatient.

She urged him on purpose.

“It’s okay. Take your time.”

Owen was speechless.

Debra was furious.

Sandra asked, holding her phone, “I have some resignation letter

templates. Do you need them?”

Owen clenched his fists.

Joey was totally dumbfounded.

Chapter 27 Solution

“Mr. Cooper, Mrs. Cooper is incredible!

Wesley’s eyes showed admiration.

Sandra was new at the company, but

already surprised him.

“Mr. Cooper, are you helping her?”

Joey knew that Wesley used to be a hacker. He wondered if Wesley

had secretly helped Sandra.

Wesley’s face instantly darkened.

“No.”

Joey couldn’t believe it.

“Mrs. Debra Cooper.”

Owen took a few deep breaths to regain his composure.

However, his knees went weak, and he could barely stand.

“I did make a mistake. It was my fault.

“And I suspected my subordinate without investigation. It was my

negligence.

“I am not capable of handling the role of a director. Please allow me to resign.”

With that, he couldn’t hold on any longer and fainted.

Debra exclaimed, “Take him to the hospital.”

As long as they sent Owen to the hospital, everyone would forget about this matter, and he didn’t have to resign anymore.

It was a perfect solution!

“Wait!”

Chapter 27: Solution

Sandra shouted and stopped the person calling for an ambulance.

Then, she took out a few silver needles and knelt in front of Owen.

There’s no need to go to the

“He is suffering from an attack of ang hospital,” Sandra said.

While everyone was still speculating about what she was going to do, she directly inserted a needle into Owen’s acupoint.

Debra frowned, “Owen did wrongly accuse you just now, but his life is at stake now. Don’t make a fuss.”

Sandra sneered.

“Mrs. Debra Cooper, don’t you remember that I can bring good luck?

There’s no need for an ambulance!”

Debra was speechless.

She didn’t believe Sandra had this ability before.

But Wesley and Victor had both regained consciousness.

She had no choice but to believe!

But…

It was different now.

Owen didn’t need to regain consciousness!

“Sandra, I…”

Before she could finish speaking, Owen coughed and opened his eyes.

She was furious.

Why did Owen wake up at this point?

When Owen opened his eyes, he noticed that the ceiling was very familiar.

Chapter 27 Solution

It resembled that of the technical department.

Then, a group of people surrounded him.

He was stunned for a moment.

Why were there so many people visiting him?

And then, he heard a voice he never wanted to hear in this lifetime.

“Mr. Pope, get up. The floor is cold. You might get diarrhea later.”

Owen was shocked.

He couldn’t help but rub his eyes.

Wasn’t he at the hospital?

When he suddenly stood up, he realized that he had never left the technical department.

Despair instantly filled his heart.

Sandra teased.

“Mr. Pope, did you faint deliberately because you couldn’t bear to give up your position as director?”

She emphasized the word “deliberately“.

Owen’s face darkened..

Sandra turned to Debra, “Mrs. Debra Cooper, Mr. Pope said he wants to resign. What do you say?”
