“I did it, so what?” Cecelia answered calmly.

“It’s you! Why...why did you do that? Do you know that you made a fool of me in public today? It’s so embarrassing!” Heather
cried angrily.
Gary said angrily. “Cecelia, I didn’t expect you to do such a thing as soon as you come back! It’s so embarrassing for us! Why did
you do that? Why?”
“Why? You know why!” Cecelia stepped forward and smashed the urn in her hand on the coffee table.”
Boom!
The coffee table was smashed to pieces. The glass was shattered all over the place, but the urn was relatively hard and did not
shatter. Everyone was taken aback by her move. Gary said angrily, “You da mn girl, what are you doing? I haven’t punished you
yet, but you are smashing it! What are you trying to do? Are you insane?”
They all stared at her resentfully until Ophelia jumped onto the sofa and screamed, “Ah... Dad, Mom... It’s so scary... It seems
to be my aunt’s urn on the floor...”
Ophelia had already seen the name and photo on the urn and recognized it as the photo of her aunt. Her face turned pale with
fright, and she was terrified.
“Ah...my g od...”Heather huddled with Ophelia in fright when she saw the urn, and the mother and daughter both turned pale
with fright.
After Gary stretched his head to look at it, he was also startled. But he was more angry than scared, “Cecelia, what are you
doing? Why did you bring your mother’s ashes back?””
Gwyneth was so angry that she knocked her cane on the floor and shouted, “You damn girl, I’m not dead yet. Why are you
bringing a dead woman’s ashes back? It’s outrageous!”
Cecelia’s cold eyes swept across the faces of these people, and she snorted coldly, “Of course, I’ve brought it back for you to
take a good look at. Is this my mother’s ashes?”
Heather forced herself to calm down and asked, “Cecelia, what on earth are you trying to do? Make it clear! Why bring your
mother’s ashes home?”
Cecelia’s eyes were sharp and cold, “What? Are you scared to see my mother’s ashes? Are you guilty? I want to ask, how did
my mother die at that time?”
“Your mother died after hearing that you had an accident. She couldn’t bear the blow” Gary explained.

“That’s right. When your dad and I rushed there, your mother was already dying.” Heather agreed.

“Why did I have an accident? Who told my mother the news after my accident? Huh?” Cecelia stared at Ophelia.
Ophelia felt extremely guilty, “Don’t look at me. It’s not me... I don’t know anything!”
“We didn’t say anything. She heard the news from the people in the hospital.” Gary pushed aside all responsibilities.
Cecelia knew that she had no evidence now, and it would be useless to say more. She blinked her sore eyes and asked again,
“Okay, let me ask you another question. After my mother passed away, did you store her ashes in the columbarium?”
“Yes.” Gary nodded.
“Did you do it yourself? Did you ask someone else to do it?”
“No! No.” Gary was intimidated by his daughter’s cold eyes, and a cold sweat began to break out on his back.
“If not, then why did you replace all my mother’s ashes with quicklime? Where did you put my mother’s ashes? Tell me!”
