Chapter 1811 The Encounter With Xarri

Chapter 1811

The two great warriors exchanged blows with an alloy door between them.

The outcome shocked both of them.

Emmanuel never expected the prisoner to catch his burning fist effortlessly.

The man was surprised to sense Emmanuel’s potential. Instead of taking it head–on, he

grabbed Emmanuel’s wrist and neutralized his strength.

The long–haired man burst into laughter, sounding more genuine and gentler than

before. The terrifying aura had vanished.

Since Emmanuel couldn’t sense any hostility, he refrained from further actions.

“What a fiery fist! It contains unimaginable power!” The man eventually calmed down.

Even in the dim light, Emmanuel could tell he was a stunningly handsome man.

“No wonder you can achieve what I can’t. I believe you will be the hero to end all the

tragedies on the islands.” The man apologized, “I provoked you on purpose earlier.

Please forgive me.”

“A–Are you Xarri?” Emmanuel exclaimed.

The man released him and nodded.

“I know you’re still alive! Did the Airspace Group keep you here?” Emmanuel was

overjoyed as Xarri might become his most powerful ally.

*No wonder even a proud woman like Quell respects him so much. Xarri’s has a lot of

potential. His eyes were like the vast sky, betraying no hint of the limit of his power.

“You could say so, but that’s not the whole story.” Xarri sat down, looking relaxed. “I’ve

been waiting for you.”

His words shocked Emmanuel.

*If he isn’t just bluffing, then his deductive abilities are even above Magnus‘.

Xarri seemed to guess what was on Emmanuel’s mind. His grin grew wider. “I knew

about their plan all along. They’re responsible for training the Grim Reapers and

guarding the Saintess. They’re tasked to bring her back.”

Emmanuel nodded as he listened.

He could tell Xarri was full of potential. It would double his chances of escaping the

Dark Night Islands if he turned Xarri into his ally.

“They must bring back the Saintess within the year and train the world’s number one

assassin for world domination. That’s why I predicted that the Destined King would

appear,” Xarri continued.

“And you believe it will be me,” Emmanuel prompted.

Xarri’s eyes fell on Emmanuel, his lips curled into a confident smirk. “It’s a gamble! Our

power won’t be enough without you. Now that you’re here, I know it has paid off.”

Feeling a slight tremor, Emmanuel clenched his fists. Xarri’s prophecy and trust boost

his confidence.

“The Saintess‘ protector will never be an ordinary person. It applies to Rhett and you,

too. Besides, you have more potential than him.” Xarri was referring to potential rather

than strength. “I know you came to bring the Saintess back. To do so, you must unite

the forces of the entire island. Although I had planned to do the same before, my power

alone wasn’t enough. Therefore, I can only rely on the new Black Wolf boss.”

His statement piqued Emmanuel’s curiosity. “How did you ensure that I would join the

Black Wolf?”

Xarri smirked. “That was what I asked of Yasmine.”

Emmanuel didn’t expect that. *Did he have everything planned out?

“There was no damage for the Airspace Group.” Xarri continued, “Moreover, Yasmine

and I have an agreement. I’ll willingly accept the operation if the Airspace Group still

reigns over the islands after the duel.”

Emmanuel nodded, finally fully understanding the situation.

“Xarri, I’ll let you out now! Together, we can overthrow the Airspace Group,” he

mentioned as he searched for the cell key, but Xarri reached out and stopped him.

He looked at the other man in shock.

“Not now.” Xarri stated seriously, “Similarly, it’s destined to be only one Wolf Warrior, the

Dark Night Islands can only have one Destined King, too.”
