Leave Me Alone Mr Shaffer Novel

Chapter 528

Chapter 528 Rainy Day
When Bloom suddenly pulled this stunt, Seth felt it was reasonable but unexpected.
Isabella stood not far away, dumbfounded, as she watched the sky lanterns rise, showing no intention of turning away.
Seth didn’t need to ponder to realize that Isabella was probably scared. His phone vibrated with Bloom’s messages, saying,
‘Seth, isn’t this well done?’ Seth remained speechless.
More and more sky lanterns filled the viewing platform, creating a circle around it, complemented by fireworks in the sky. The
scene becomes both magnificent and romantic by the sea.
“Isabella,” Seth said.
A voice came from behind, causing Isabella’s heart to skip a beat. She couldn’t describe her feelings and turned around blankly.
She pointed to the sky, pulled her lips into a smile, and said, “It’s quite beautiful.”
Seth looked at her with a steady gaze, his pitch-black pupils calm like a deep pool, showing no ripples on the surface but hiding
turmoil within. If he hadn’t spoken,
Isabella would have felt uncertain, not daring to take even two steps forward.
Suddenly, he stepped closer.
Isabella’s heart leaped to her throat as she instinctively stepped back. Behind her was a railing, and there was no way to retreat.
There was an incredible sensation on her face but she ignored it.
“Isabella, come here.” Seth suddenly frowned and looked around.
Isabella’s mind was in chaos, and she didn’t react immediately.
“Oh my god! What’s going on?! Is it raining?!” A clear voice came from below, unmistakably Bloom.
Isabella was startled. Only then did she realize that several drops of rain were already on her face. The rain came suddenly,
almost pouring down in an instant. The fireworks were extinguished, and the sky lanterns fell like butterflies with damp wings. As
Isabella looked up, she saw a sky lantern falling directly onto Seth’s head and exclaimed, “Seth!”

“Why are you shouting?” Seth ripped off the lantern that had long been extinguished by the rain on his head and strode towards
Isabella, pulling her towards the cabin.
It was pouring rain, and they were soaked within half a minute. The steward came to close the cabin door, and the temperature
had only just risen.
The incident happened so suddenly that Isabella wiped the water off her face, looked up, and met Seth’s eyes, unable to speak.
Suddenly, both of them burst into laughter.

Seth muttered a curse, raised his hand, and patted Isabella on the head. “What are you laughing at!”
Isabella leaned against the wall, reminiscing about the rain falling and the wet sky lantern covering Seth’s head. He starts with a
look that says, ‘How dare these ordinary lanterns act so boldly,’ which is quite comical.
“Do you still dare to laugh?” Seth tsked, then tugged at her hair.
Isabella pushed his hand away. “Don’t touch my hair.” The more she resisted, the more
Seth persisted, insisting on pulling it a few more times. She exclaimed, “Seth!”
“You’re getting bolder, not even calling me Mr Shaffer?” Seth asked.

Isabella smirked and turned her face away. “It’s not working hours now.”
Seth leaned against the wall, his chin lifted as he looked at her. “You used to leave work looking like a quail.”
Isabella was at a loss for words, with her hands behind her back as she whispered,
“That was me being polite.”
Seth snorted, straightened up, and tugged at her hair again.
“Go to the open area,” Seth said.
“Why?” Isabella asked.
“To buy clothes,” Seth said.
Isabella looked down and saw that her clothes were indeed wet, and this one be to Natasha, I don’t have any spare clothes with
me.
