Leave Me Alone Mr Shaffer Novel

Chapter 525

Chapter 525 Consequences Be Damned
Ten minutes later.
In Seth’s room, Isabella, with a messy bun and scratches on her face, still had a fierce look in her eyes.
She looked up and saw Seth staring at her.
There was a scratch on his face, a result of their scuffle earlier when she accidentally injured him.
“Sorry.”
The remnants of the fight were still lingering, even her apology sounded fierce.
Seth couldn’t help but chuckle, closing his eyes. “What did I say before I left?”
Isabella ran her fingers through her hair. “I couldn’t stand it.”
She averted her gaze. “It was wrong of me to start a fight.”
Seth interrupted, “That wasn’t a fight. That was a beatdown!”
He couldn’t forget the scene when he entered the room. Isabella was fighting alone against Yuri, while a few other women were
sneakily attacking her with considerable force.
He didn’t need to check. He was sure she was covered in bruises.
As someone brought in a first aid kit, he glared at Isabella before turning to
Taking out a cotton swab, he personally applied the medicine to her wounds. B soon as he raised his hand, she swatted it away.
“Isabella.”
Startled, Isabella awkwardly smiled. “Sorry. It was just a reflex.”
She had never been in a fight before, but the adrenaline from earlier was still coursing through her, making her act on impulse.
Seth sighed and crouched down in front of her.

Isabella lowered her head, not daring to move. Seth applying the medicine himself was like a rare gift.
As the cotton swab touched the corner of her mouth, the pain made her grimace.
Seth couldn’t help but chuckle as he looked at her expressive face, slightly low head and shaking with laughter.
“What’s so funny?”
She snatched the cotton swab from his hand and started applying the medicine herself.
“Has Mr. Gates been rescued?” she asked.
Seth raised an eyebrow. “You’re still concerned about him?”
Isabella continued to apply the medicine while fixing her hair.
“My situation is nothing compared to his.”
Seth replied, “If we come back later, someone might end up dead here.”
She could tell that Seth didn’t want to talk about Simon, probably something sh shouldn’t hear.
She sighed, feeling the pain in her mouth.
Feeling annoyed again, she was angry with Natasha.
“Will Dariel get married?” she asked tentatively.
Seth stood up and took out some things from the medicine box.
“I don’t know.”
Isabella rolled her eyes, thinking he just didn’t want to talk about it.
Seth noticed her reaction and clicked his tongue. “Do you think Dariel is playing with Natasha?”
Isabella looked up. “Isn’t he?”
Seth put his hands in his pockets and looked around. “Who would spend 100 millio playing with a woman who has lost her
novelty?”

Isabella was speechless.
“So what?” she said, lowering her head and pressing down on the wound.
“Even if he gave Natasha 100 million, he’s still a scumbag, at best, a rich scumbag,”
Isabella emphasized.
Seth frowned at her passionate words, wanting to explain but then changed his mind.
“Mind your own business.”
Isabella gritted her teeth.
She got up from the bed. “I’m going back. Natasha is waiting for me.”
At the door, Seth grabbed her.
“She has Dariel to take care of her. You’re not needed.”
“Natasha doesn’t need that scumbag to take care of her!”
“Sit down.”
Isabella unwillingly raised her hand to open the door.
Behind her, Seth hesitated for a moment, then took action.
He grasped Isabella’s arm, drew her back, and then guided her to sit on the chair.
“We still have matters left unresolved.”
“What do you mean?”
“I warned you before I left. If you stepped out, you’d face the consequences!”
