Invincible Heir

Chapter 244 Tracy’s Anger

Marry looked at Baron bitterly. Actually, when she realized Baron was Troy's savior, she was ready to give up. But she renewed her hope when she knew her grandfather had a good relationship with Troy. But to her disappointment, Karl looked a little pale when he heard the words. Karl knew his place. In Troy's heart, there was no comparison between him and Baron.

Ryan never seemed to notice that. He continued, "You all are making a gigantic mistake, dad! Baron is nothing but a son-in-law of the Perry family. He couldn't have saved Mr. Henderson. Not only did he hurt Marry, but his man hit me. That was too much!"

"He lied, Mr. Henderson! Somebody else saved you yesterday. I bet it was! The jerk knew your background, so he lied to you and tried to make a connection with you!" Marry said matter-of-factly. Then she gave Baron an evil look and said disdainfully, "Are you scared, Baron? Cat got your tongue now?"

"Oh, you again! Shut up, bitch!" Ferry looked at Marry in disgust. "Who do you think you're talking to? It is not for you to decide what my grandpa does or does not do!" said Ferry sharply.

Marry was a little rattled. "Miss Henderson, there must be a misunderstanding here. I..." Before Marry finished her sentence, Ferry interrupted her, "Shut up! One word and your Jackson family will vanish forever in Kato!"

Marry's face became very white and her entire body began shaking when she heard that. Immediately, she did not speak again.

Karl stared hard at Marry. Anger was boiling up inside him. He had sacrificed a great deal for years to reach this moment. He could not bear the thought of losing it all. "Apologize to Miss Henderson! Right now!" he roared.

Marry's whole frame was quivering with terror. "Sorry, Miss Henderson! I'm a real idiot. Forgive me please!" she begged.

Ferry looked at her coolly and then she looked at Karl and said, "I thought I should tell you this, Mr. Jackson. In less than two days, I have met your granddaughter twice. I have seen the person she really is. She is rude and selfish. You should teach her a lesson, or she will get herself killed!"

Ferry made no secret about her antipathy toward Marry.

Kral broke out in a cold sweat. "You're right. You're right, Ferry. I'm going to be riding her hard."

Troy looked at them in silence. And other guests kept their eyes on the floor nervously. For a minute there wasn't a sound could be heard.

Ferry turned her attention to Lara. Suddenly, her face broke into a radiant smile. She walked up to Lara and knelt beside. "Is this your daughter, Baron? She's very pretty and cute!" she said, smiling. Lara looked at Ferry with her great beautiful eyes and said, "Thank you! I'm Lara! You're as pretty as me."

The words made Ferry laugh out loud. "You are so adorable. Nice to meet you, Lara."

Troy looked around and asked, "Is a wedding going on here, Baron?"

"This is my grandson's wedding day, Mr. Henderson! I'm Richard, and Baron is my grandson-in-law," Richard said, before Baron could answer. Then he turned to Baron and put a smile on his face. "Take care of Mr. Henderson, Baron."

Baron noticed Richard's attitude actually changed, but he nodded without saying a word. Meanwhile, Yuri only felt a furious surge of indignation. "Why are you so nice to Baron, Grandpa? Moments earlier, you looked down on him and insulted him. Oh, I see. That's because Baron has a great relationship with Mr. Henderson, right?"

Richard's smile faltered. He controlled his anger and said coldly, "No kidding, Yuri! Sit down!"

"I'm not kidding, Grandpa. I think you're out of line today," Yuri continued.

The Zouch family were so mercenary. She had swallowed her rage too many times and her patience finally gave out. "Shut up!" said Richard sternly.

"Yuri is right, grandpa! You are really wrong this time!" Tracy said. Her eyes looked red and tears came to her eyes.

"Do you remember how you insulted Baron? When he sent you the Donas Imperial Tea, do you remember what you said? You said it was fake. And not only that, just a moment ago, when they wanted to take Baron away, you wanted nothing to do with him. Now you want him again? Just because Baron is close with Mr. Henderson!" Tracy said loudly and tears ran down her face.

Richard's face turned white at the words. Troy looked at Baron with surprise, for he knew nothing about Baron's background.

Baron was touched by Tracy's words. He smiled and held her hand firmly.

"I think you misunderstood what I was saying, Tracy," Richard said quietly.

At this time, Peter came over. He intended to persuade Tracy to stop talking. But before he could speak, Tracy looked at him angrily and said, "And you, Peter! My family have been helping you all along. My mother even paid for the villa. But what did you do to us? You have no gratitude at all!"

Then Tracy turned to Amber, "Mrs. Jackson, in the middle of one of my toughest moments, you got the money from me by a trick, but you didn't even just admit it."

"And you, Marry!" Tracy stared at Marry angrily. "I have done my best to be nice to you for years, but you paid me back by framing me. You tried to get Todd to rape me! You are vicious, all of you!" she cried.

The Zouch family had never seen her look so angry. They stood for a long time in silence, and the others looked at them contemptuously.

"Let's go, Baron!" Tracy said, wiping away tears. Then she took Baron by the hand and walked to the door.☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐
