Invincible Heir

Chapter 113 Can’t Leave Alive

Jacob looked at William stonily. He had already warned William, but he refused to believe a word of it. Jacob could not do anything for him now.

"Well. I'll be on my way," Jacob said calmly. From this day forward, he was not related to the Porter family.

William made no reply. He watched Jacob carefully with a wry smile. And then, at a single motion of his hand, dozens of security guards stood in the doorway, blocking Jacob's way out.

Jacob frowned and turned to look at William. "What do you want, Mr. Porter?" he asked.

"Now that you are in my place, Jacob! You can't come and go as you please!" he snorted contemptuously.

Then he went on, "I saved your life eight years ago. If it weren't for me, you'd be dead! Yes, you've really done a lot for me over the years! But it is far from enough! You should work for me for the rest of your life!"

"So, what's it going to be, Mr. Porter?" Jacob said calmly.

William gave him a baleful glance and said coldly, "Um, you have two options. The first one, you can continue to work for me. Of course, I'll make it worth your while. If you say no, then you can't leave here alive!"

"You know what I can do, Mr. Porter! They can't stop me," Jacob said calmly. His eyes ranged over the security guards.

William sneered, "Yes, I know you're my best killer! But you can't be faster than bullets!"

Just then, the dozens of security guards took out their guns. All were aimed at Jacob's head.

Jacob was very disappointed in William. He had worked for the Porter family for eight years, but William still wanted to kill him.

The other members crowded around. Although Jacob had saved most of them, they scolded him without mercy.

"You ungrateful fucker! Go to hell!"

"Who the hell do you think you are? You'll end up dead."

"You are nothing but our Porter family's dog!"

"I have worked for the Porter family for eight years. Over the years I have done lots of bad things. I should be dead earlier! I've made a decision, Mr. Porter! I want to leave, even as a dead man!" Jacob was not afraid of death. He had been a Pola soldier, but lots of innocent people were killed by him. He had suffered all those years.

William was shocked obviously. He never thought Jacob would rather die than work for him.

"Jacob, maybe you need time to think about it again. You are young and strong. Why do you make it so hard for yourself?" William said.

Jacob had already made up his mind after meeting Charles. He didn't want to live like this anymore.

"Save your breath, Mr. Porter! I'm not going to change my mind!" Jacob said firmly.

William looked hard at Jacob. He looked very peaceful. William suddenly understood the man in front him truly desired to die! But William didn't fully understand why. He knew it was useless to say anything. William sighed very deeply this time. "Since you have made your choice, I'm more than happy to oblige."

It was not easy for William to give the order. But he had no choice! Once Jacob left the Porter family, they could not survive in Kato. So, Jacob must die! After he died, the Porter family would keep the news of his death to themselves.

Just then, a black car stopped outside the Porter Courtyard. Two young men got out of the car. They were Baron and Charles. Baron walked through the gate, followed by Charles. Charles held an umbrella for him.

"What's going on?" said Baron casually.

Everyone looked towards the source of the voice. They saw two men walked towards them.

When Jacob saw Charles again, his face became very white and his entire body began shaking. Charles was so powerful, but he was holding an umbrella for a young man right now!

One thought popped into his head. The Defender of Pola!

Jacob left Pola eight years ago and three years later, Baron arrived Pola. They had never met before.

Baron looked young and fit. Though Baron was not as strong as Charles, somehow Jacob felt a very invisible pressure.

When Baron walked closer and closer, Jacob's usually quiet breathing grew quicker. He has no doubt that the young man was the Defender of Pola!

"Who the hell are you?" William asked angrily.

"He is Baron, Grandpa! He is nothing but a lucky security guard. Five years ago, he hooked up with Tracy, the great beauty in Cona! And then he became the son-in-law of the Perry family! After all, he is just a kept man!" said a young woman standing next to William.

She was Louise, Wayne's sister and Ewin's ex-wife. A few months ago, Ewin harassed Yuri in the Brone Group and Baron told the Porter family about it. Then Louise was forced to divorce Ewin. Because of this, Louise had always held a grudge against Baron. She didn't expect to see him here. She was a little excited because she finally got a chance to revenge.

When William knew he was Baron, a wave of anger came over him. "You're the bastard who disabled my grandson! You got a lot of balls coming here. How dare you?!" William roared.☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐-------
