Bonnie did not know what to say at that moment. Soon after, she said, "I don't recall
agreeing to that."
"It's okay. I'll take that as a yes."
Bonnie was utterly speechless now. She would have rolled her eyes at him if it were not for the people around them. Moreover, she was on the verge of calling him out for being
shameless.
She said, "You're the university's president. You don't have to ask for my input. Just deal with it as you see fit, Mr. Russell."
Russell responded firmly, "If that's the case, I'll announce on the university's official Twitter account that I've expelled Trina."
"P-Please don't! I beg you not to do it, Mr. Russell! I swear I won't repeat my mistakes!" No matter how much Trina pleaded, he would not budge. She realized Russell would not go
soft on her and turned to Paul.
"Professor, you have to help me! I have a bright future ahead. I know I'll make considerable contributions to the science world. I'll always remember that you're my mentor."
