“Sir, how about this? Just look at your disposition. I think this car is suitable for you.” The beautiful sales

girl looked at Harvey condescendingly. She specifically pointed at a Porsche Panamera not far away,

smiled faintly, and said, “How about this? You can drive this car out. If no woman jumps into your car

within a distance of a thousand feet, you may need to think whether you look too frightening.”

Harvey was amused. He walked over there and took a few glances at the car. He then said, “It’s not bad.

Harvey was stunned. ‘D*mn! Is she kicking me out of this place? How could they want me to invest in

them, given how they behave and react?’

Harvey was about to say something. At that moment, he saw a man and a woman entering the place.

When he saw who the woman was, his facial expression became extremely ugly in an instant.

‘Mandy?’

Harvey sneered inwardly. ‘I’ve just given you eight hundred thousand dollars for you to resolve your

problem. But you’ve got another pursuer.’

There was a man beside Mandy. His hair was combed neatly, and he was wearing a suit with a pair of

leather shoes. There was even a large shiny gold watch around his wrist. The way he brought himself

was rather proper, and he was slightly handsome too.

Although Mandy was reluctant, she still smiled cordially. However, she was quite uneasy at that moment.

Kevin Quinn was Angel’s cousin. He was considered a successful man. Lilian even thought inwardly that

he was her best candidate for a son-in-law.

According to what Lilian said, many people tried to gain Mandy’s affections. Besides, Kevin was the one

who she was most satisfied with among that group of people.

He was not only handsome, but he was also the president of that automotive city. The amount of money

and resources he had were quite high in number too. He was not only quite a good match for her

daughter, but he could also share his properties with her family in the future. He was nothing like Harvey,

who was nothing but a loser.

“Mr. Quinn!”

At that moment, the supervisor, who appeared quite arrogant and stood by Harvey just now, had rushed

toward Kevin with a flattering smile. She even greeted Kevin respectfully.

Her behavior and response were entirely different from when she saw Harvey just now.

Kevin nodded and said, “Miss Xavier from York Enterprise called just now. She told me that their CEO

would be coming for an investigation here. Did you receive him yet?”

The woman replied swiftly, “Not yet. I heard that the CEO drives a Bently. I’ve been keeping an eye out

since just now. No car came yet.”

Kevin nodded. He was in no rush. He then smiled and said to Mandy, “Mandy, why don’t we have a sit in

the office for a short while?”

Although Lilian wanted her to date Kevin, she always rejected that, especially after the hostage incident.

Mandy found herself treating Harvey differently now. Sometimes, she even started to miss Harvey when

she did not see him.

So she never mentioned the divorce at all.

The reason she went there today was because of what she heard from Angel. Angel’s cousin knew the

superiors who worked in York Enterprise. Hence, she learned that the CEO of York Enterprise was going

there for a visit that day.

Mandy was quite curious about that CEO. She wanted to see what kind of person he was by going there

deliberately. He did not even meet her, but he gave her the contract directly.

Certainly, Mandy was still unaware of the fact that the contract had been ruined now. If she knew of that,

she would be much curious.

But Mandy was not even aware of the fact that Kevin did not even know the CEO of York Enterprise.

That day, Harvey called them directly because he suddenly intended to take a look there. When Kevin

received the call, he rushed there obediently and willingly, preparing himself to serve the CEO.

The reason Kevin told Angel about that was because he wanted to boast about himself in front of his

cousin. He wanted to show that he was quite capable and to improve both his status and identity. Hence,

he could take that opportunity to get near to Mandy.

At that moment, Harvey mocked at himself. He had no intention to give in. But he strode over there

directly.

‘Mr. Quinn? Isn’t he the one who called for numerous times to beg York Enterprise for the investment

shyly? It seems like he’s that Mr. Quinn.’

“Alas! Why haven’t you left yet?” When the supervisor saw Harvey walking toward them, she appeared

annoyed and upset. ‘Doesn’t this worker have some self-awareness? Is this the kind of occasion for

him?’

Kevin took a glance at Harvey casually. He thought that Harvey was the kind of worker who went there to

take photographs for Moments. So he soon frowned and said, “Didn’t I tell you about this long ago? You

to buy a car wheel!”

“Besides, the new CEO of York Enterprise is coming soon. I heard that the CEO is young and capable. If
