Goodbye, My Wretched Love! By Dolly Molly

Chapter 34

Chapter 34
Finley got drunk and came to Sofia’s rental house in the middle of the night, she didn’t expect him to take his anger out on Daisy
and dismissed Daisy from the Charming Bar.
Daisy scolded Finley for being a pervert and had to go to other clubs to apply for the job, but the employees who were dismissed
by Finley were hard to be accepted in other places..
Sofia knew that Finley was forcing her, forcing her to lose the last bit of her dignity to cater to him.
She didn’t know what Finley wanted, a woman? There was never a shortage of beauties around him, not to mention the beautiful
women in the Charming Bar, even those big–name celebrities, or even any socialite in NY, if Finley was willing, he could get
them.
But he hated her so much that he didn’t want to let her go.
Her mother’s medical bills made her breathless, so Sofial could only draw on T–shirts. She used to draw for seven or eight hours
a day, but now it was almost ten hours, and her hands were shaking.
Daisy couldn’t help her with painting, but could only help her push the cart to sell things in the night market.
The division of labor between the two of them was clear, their efficiency improved a lot, and they made more money.
Sofia was tired from drawing and just wanted to stop for a

rest when the phone rang.
It was an unfamiliar landline number.
Sofia quickly picked it up.
“Hey, do you know Daisy Cooper? Come to the Police Station in Queens County!”
Sofia was dumbfounded when she heard that, Daisy took her patterned T–shirt to the night market to set up a stall more than an
hour ago, why was she in the police station now?

“Officer, may I ask what happened to my friend?” Sofia’s heart hung.
“She was suspected of fighting.”
Sofia hurriedly grabbed her coat and went downstairs, taking a taxi directly to the Police Station.
After going to the police station, she learned that Daisy had an argument with someone in the night market just now, and both
parties fought and were temporarily detained.
It was already late at night, and Sofia wanted to release Daisy on bail, but she had to wait until the next day to contact the
relevant lawyer.
She was walking in the street outside the police station in a panic, and the cold night wind made her tremble constantly.
She knew that although Daisy had a bit of a temper, she was not the kind who would conflict with people for no reason, so there
must be something wrong with it.
Sofia had been in prison for three years. After the Campbell Family was down, everyone left. Of course, the Campbell Family
had no connections in NY anymore, and everyone avoided her like the plague.
At this moment, she didn’t even have anyone to talk to.
Suddenly a white Bentley stopped beside Sofia, it stopped too fast and almost hit Sofia.
Sofia jumped onto the side of the road in a hurry, and the car window fell, revealing Bella’s face wearing sunglasses.
She took off her sunglasses and looked at Sofia coldly.
Sofia frowned.
Bella smiled lightly, “Sofia, I’m just telling you, don’t think that you are still the famous Miss Campbell in NY in the past.”
“You are nothing now, so live your peaceful life, and don’t ask for things that don’t belong to you.”
“Otherwise, your life can be more miserable.”
Sofia rushed over suddenly, staring at Bella sitting in the car.

“Is that you?”
Bella’s face delicately made up flashed a smug look, “Sofia, a person like you should die quietly by yourself. I didn’t expect there
to be a fool who risked her life to help you.”
“Today is just a warning, remember my words! Do you understand?”
Bella started the car and drove away.
Sofia stared in the direction Bella was leaving, and what she was most worried about happened, and those people started to
attack Daisy.
Her hands clenched tightly into fists, and her breathing became a little stagnant.
She took a breath, took a taxi, and went back to the rental house, frantically looking for the small cupboard where she kept her
groceries.
