Chapter 824
Once, Debra had been the heiress to the Frazier family and Juan's wife. She was someone Shelia had once begrudgingly respected.
But now, Debra had fallen from grace. The Nichols family had cast her aside, the Frazier Group had crumbled into bankruptcy, and Shelia had triumphantly taken her place as Juan's fiancée.
Yet, despite her fall, Debra dared to lay a hand on her.
"Hit you?" Debra spat, grabbing Shelia's hair. "Well, that's just the start. You've schemed against me time and time again, and I let it go because you weren't worth the effort. You wanted Juan, and I gave him up. But you couldn't leave it at that, could you? You kept coming for me. So now, we settle this."
Terror crept up Shelia's spine as Debra's icy gaze bore into her. This wasn't the timid, compliant woman she remembered. Debra was now dangerous and ruthless.
Debra turned to the bodyguards. "Melody Nichols has confessed to hiring a hitman. Take her to the police."
"Yes, ma'am." The bodyguards moved swiftly, grabbing Melody by the arms.
She thrashed, her face contorted with rage and panic. "You can't do this to me. I'm Juan's grandmother. He'll never forgive you."
But Debra didn't even blink, her gaze shifting toward Shelia. "As for you... You killed your friend, stole her identity, and committed countless crimes. You even killed your own child. You were protected by Edgar and Juan before, but now..."
Shelia's bravado crumbled, her voice
shaking. You're crazy. I'm Juan's
fiancée. If
you dare touch me,
Declan and Juan won't let you off
the hook."
Debra snorted, "Oh, come on, the real Jade is still alive. Would you like to meet her?"
Shelia froze, not expecting Edgar to keep Jade alive.
The doors swung open, and a woman in a white dress entered. Her serene beauty was a stark contrast to the chaos unfolding.
But what truly made Shelia's blood run cold was that Jade wore an identical dress to hers.
Debra's smile was triumphant. Edgar thought he could hide Jade and use her as a pawn. But with Chace's betrayal, everything had changed. Now Debra had all the leverage she needed.
"Edgar can't protect you anymore. And everyone in Seamar City knows Juan's fiancée is Jade. Your masquerade is over," Debra said,
throwing Shelia down to Jade's feet.

Shelia scrambled back, terrified by the murderous look on Jade's pale face.
"Stay away from me!"
"You took my identity and my life. It's time for you to pay the price."
