Flora wasn't the type to start trouble. But knowing her boyfriend Connor was pretty well-respected in the business world, she felt she didn't really need to hold back. So, with no hesitation, she spoke up.

"You, get down here and apologize."

Teddy, still riding high on his arrogance, suddenly heard her voice.

"What did you just say?"

For a moment, Teddy thought he was hearing things. He squinted at Flora.

Who was this girl, and why was she telling him to apologize?

"Apologize to them, and to him," Flora said, pointing at a little boy and his mother, then at Jacob. Her expression was calm, her tone icy.

The crowd around them drew in a sharp breath. This girl had guts. This was Teddy Schuler she was talking to the big shot heir of the Schuler family! They were loaded, with a sister working at the top-notch Medical Center and a brother-in-law who was a captain in the Police Department...

Jacob and Carly were just as surprised to hear Flora speak up. But hey, what's done is done, right? That Schuler guy needed to apologize!

"You... you're that woman from out of town, aren't you?" Teddy eyed Flora up and down. She was a new face, but hanging out with Jacob and Carly, he quickly figured out who she was. He sneered, "My uncle's family hasn't even dealt with you yet, and here you are, daring to show up. You've got some nerve."

She picked up the pink phone from the ground, liking its feel, and thought about getting one for herself. "Flora is awesome!" Jacob and Carly were the first to snap out of it, jumping and cheering! It felt so good! They'd been itching to do something like this for ages!
