Chapter 37
Chapter 37 Visiting The Fashn Group
By the time the three of them arrived at the company, Marcus was already waiting at the entrance.
Upon receiving the news that Francesca would be bringing people to visit. the company, he immediately had everything prepared and personally waited at the entrance to welcome them.
He figured a guest that Francesca had to personally take care of surely was not an ordinary guest.
Marcus‘ expression turned serious as he watched Francesca’s car come slowly to a stop at the entrance. Suddenly, two little kids jumped out of the car.
Marcus was stunned.
Nonetheless, as the most professional assistant, Marcus quickly composed himself and calmly asked the secretary to add two more lollipops to the reception room.
Marcus approached and asked curiously, “Ms. Shelley, who are they?”
Francesca did not explicitly mention their identities. “They will be spending the day at the company today, so just take them to my
office.”
Marcus quickly responded and gave Lukas and Luna a gentle smile. “Hello, I’m Mr. Lewis. If you need anything today, feel free to ask me.”
Upon seeing this scene, Francesca could not help but burst into laughter.
The assistant who earned a million per year was forced to become a kindergarten teacher that day. Should I give Marcus a bonus this month?

“Cynthia, let’s go in!” Luna excitedly grabbed Francesca’s hand, eager to
rush in.
It had been so long since she and her brother returned to our country, yet they had not even visited their mother’s company once.
Francesca nodded affectionately, not forgetting to turn back to hold the cool–headed boy’s hand, “Let’s go in together.”
Francesca had not spent much time in the Fashn Group, so everyone was curious about her. The sight of Marcus leading the exceptionally good- looking twins into the office shocked everyone in Fashn Group. Immediately, they started guessing the identity of the two little ones.
Due to Francesca’s status, no one dared to ask her directly.
Meanwhile, Marcus quietly observed the two children as they went from the lobby to the top floor.
Originally, he thought it would be a chaotic day, but surprisingly, the two children were well–behaved and restrained themselves from causing others trouble despite being curious about everything around them.
It was not until they entered Francesca’s office that they finally let themselves go.
Luna rushed to the huge full–length window, marveling at the constantly changing scenery outside. Meanwhile, Lukas sat down at Francesca’s desk with a serious expression, fiddling with her computer.
Marcus wanted to intervene when he saw the situation, but Francesca stopped him, saying, “They are all sensible kids. You just need to keep them safe.”
She glanced at her watch and said to the two children, “I have a meeting to attend. Can you two play here for a while?”

The two little ones obediently agreed, but Francesca still felt uneasy. She told Marcus, “If they get bored, you can take them for a walk around the different departments of the company. But you must never let them touch other people’s food, especially anything containing peanuts.”
Seeing her speak so seriously, Marcus agreed firmly.
Meanwhile, at the Zeller Group, Timothy sternly scolded the secretary in front of him, “How many times have I told you not to let people into the boss‘ office without permission? Are my words falling on deaf ears?”
The new secretary felt wronged. “The person who came was the president of the chamber of commerce. I couldn’t possibly offend him, could I?”
“Him? The president of the chamber of commerce?” Timothy sneered. That man’s targeted by both the Zeller and Zabielski families. He’s now like a homeless dog and no longer the president of the chamber of commerce,
He waved at the new secretary and said, “Go to the finance department to settle your accounts and leave.”
The new secretary was taken aback and quickly begged for mercy. “I really didn’t do it on purpose…”

Timothy shook his head. “You’ve broken the boss‘ rules. There’s nothing that can be done now.”
After he finished speaking, his gaze fell on the door of the chairman’s office.
Inside the office, Stephen knelt on the ground, sobbing uncontrollably in front of Colton. “Mr. Zeller, I know my mistake now! I shouldn’t have been so blind and disrespectful to Ms. Beckman, and I definitely shouldn’t have assumed that she had a shady background just because she’s a representative of the Fashn Group. Please, I beg you to spare me!”

Stephen was currently filled with regret. If he had known that Francesca had the support of the Zeller and Zabielski families, he would never have dared to harbor any ill intentions toward her.
Colton looked coldly at the man kneeling on the ground. “You’re saying Francesca is the representative of the Fashn Group?”
Stephen was momentarily stunned. Could Francesca be having an affair with the CEO of Fashn Group behind Colton’s back? If that was the case, does that mean there’s hope for me?
He nodded hastily. “Ms. Beckman came that day as the person in charge of the Fashn Group. You know how mysterious the chairman of the Fashn Group has always been, so I thought she depended on-”
Seeing Colton scowl, Stephen hurriedly shut his mouth, not daring to say anything more.
“Get lost from the capital. If I ever see or hear anything about you again…” Colton cast Stephen a glance so indifferent that the latter was scared out of
his wits.
Stephen left with a gloomy expression, and Colton called Timothy in. “How is our project with Fashn Group going?”
Timothy was taken aback. Hadn’t they just met with Stephen? Why did the conversation suddenly shift to Fashn Group?
However, Timothy kept up his professionalism and responded quickly, “Both parties are making good progress, and they are currently discussing the details of the contract.”
After pondering for a moment, Colton suddenly said, “Let’s go check out. Fashn Group.”
“All right,” Timothy answered quickly and hurriedly invited Oscar to set

off together.
Francesca had just finished an important meeting and returned to her office to find Lukas and Luna huddled together, looking at a picture book. The former could not help but laugh. “Are you guys bored? Would you like Mr. Lewis to take you out for a stroll?”
The two little ones exchanged glances and shook their heads in unison. “Since we’re here to visit Mom’s company, we have to stay here and watch
the whole time.”
Seeing they were enjoying themselves, Francesca said nothing more. Just as she was about to speak, she saw Marcus hurriedly walking in. “Francesca, Mr. Zeller has arrived.”
“What?!” Startled, Francesca stood up abruptly, knocking over the freshly poured coffee on the table.
“Ms. Shelley!” Marcus was about to step forward to help but was stopped by Francesca. “I’m fine. I need you to take the children around the various departments for now. Don’t let President Zeller see the children in the company when he comes to inspect. We mustn’t let him doubt our professionalism.”
Luna came running over, “Mom… Cynthia, are you all right?”
Francesca tried her best to suppress the panic in her heart and calmly patted the girl’s head. “I’m fine. I just have something to discuss with someone right now. Why don’t you go with Mr. Lewis and take a walk around the company?”
Luna pouted. She was just about to refuse when Lukas tugged at her. “Okay.”
After the two children and Marcus left, Francesca quickly went to the lounge behind her to change her clothes and took a deep breath.
