Maja didn’t wake up right away this time, she was actually hit with a sharp pain in her belly. Her whole

body was cold, and her vision blurred. She knew her period had come

Carol heard her weak voice. “Maja, are you okay?”

“I’m fine, Carol, could you go to the hospital and check on my dad for me? Cristina and others are

there, I just don’t feel right about it. Or could you send some of your bodyguards over? Once I’m better,

I’ll treat you to a meal.”

Carol got a bit pissed, “You just get some rest, okay? Stop worrying about things. You want to treat me

lan glanced at the living room, no one was there, but the phone was on the table, so she was in there.
