Cupid's Arrow hit me hard!

Chapter 2630

"Kevin, if you sneakily take pictures of me again, I'll smash your phone."

Out of the blue, Hayden warned Kevin.

Kevin set down the phone, which was aimed at her for a photo, and chuckled, "Hay, you're not fully focused on your work. You knew I was taking pictures of you. Either that or you're paying attention to me while sneakily watching me."

Hayden did not even lift her head, calmly saying, "Do you think you're as handsome as me? Or am I watching you because you're uglier?"

Kevin was speechless.

Kevin could be considered handsome amongst men, but compared to Hayden who was in male attire, he fell short in terms of charisma.

"If you switch back to women's clothing, grow your hair out, you'd look noble and graceful. Breathtaking. Stunning. It would captivate me and make it hard for me to look away." Hayden did not respond.

Seeing that she was not speaking again, after sitting for two minutes, Kevin stood up and walked over to sit in front of her desk. He asked, "Do you want something to eat? Or would you like some coffee?" "Drinking coffee now would affect my sleep at night."

Usually, she would have a cup of coffee when she arrived at the office in the morning. In the afternoon, she rarely drank any. She would take a break around noon to stay energetic for the afternoon's work. "I don't have snacks in my office," Hayden added.

As a woman, she used to be a little foodie when she was young. Growing up and entering the business world, she found that the successful men around her rarely ate snacks. To be more like a man, she forced herself to give up the habit of snacking.

"I've brought them for you before."

"Hugh finished all of it."

Kevin said, "Hugh is a grown man, yet he loves snacks so much? I wonder if he left anything for you."

Hayden did not say anything. Her younger brother taking away the snacks probably meant he distributed them to company employees or, more likely, handed them over to his female admirers.

Hugh treated all his female friends well, seeming to like them all genuinely, but in reality, he considered them friends without any ulterior motives.

There was nothing Hayden could do about this little brother of hers.

Perhaps it was a matter of fate; the right time had not come yet.

When the time was right, the heavens would drop a girlfriend for him.

"Next time I'll bring you more, including some fresh fruits. You don't like to eat it, but if you have a client, you can serve it to them."

He could also eat snacks to pass the time while waiting for her here.

Hayden calmly said, "Everyone knows that there's nothing good to eat in my office. When they come to talk business with me, they're all in the VIP lounge where all sorts of good entertainment for the guests are. If you're feeling bored, you can go in there and get something to eat to pass the time."

"Was there anything I haven't eaten before? No, I'll just sit here and accompany you. It's good just to look at you. The more I look at you, the more I like you. Hayden, can I kiss you?" Hayden glared at him and spat, "Get lost!"

"How can I get lost when those words aren't in my dictionary? And I don't know how to get lost, so why don't you give me a demonstration, and I'll see if I can learn how to do it." Hayden threw her signing pen at him.

Kevin easily caught the pen, then smiled and handed it back to her, saying, "Since you like throwing things at me, I'll have someone go pick up a bag of rocks, wash them clean and put them in a small box. I'll put it on the right side of your desk."
