Chapter 2569
Kevin walked into the office building holding a bouquet of flowers.
It was the end of a workday, and many employees were leaving. They were quite used to seeing Kevin come bearing flowers; it would be unusual if he did not. "Mr. York."
Despite whatever thoughts they had about him, the employees showed respect toward Kevin.
Kevin nodded with a smile, acknowledging their greetings.
He soon arrived at the Queen's siblings' side.
"Hay, it's the end of your workday, right? I've come to pick you up, and we can have dinner together. This bouquet is for you."
He presented the flowers to Hayden.
Hayden replied calmly, "I've told you before, I don't like flowers. Please don't bring me one every time you come. My office is starting to look like a florist."
Sometimes he visited multiple times a day, which resulted in several bouquets.
If she tossed them into the trash, he would send even more flowers as a retaliation.
Hayden felt like this man was going to eat her alive.
"I'll buy more vases for your office."
"Are you implying that I'm a florist? You want to fill my office with vases."
Kevin laughed, "Alright, my bad. I won't bring these kinds of bouquets next time. I'll bring simpler ones. You can take those vases in your office home. Then your office won't be filled with vases anymore." Hugh chimed in, "Kevin, my brother may not like the bouquets you bring, but I love them. How about giving them to me? I'll take them to my female friends, and it will save me some money." "Hugh, you haven't finished work yet?"
Kevin handed the bouquet to Hayden and naturally held one of Hayden's hands.
Hugh playfully said, "Kevin, I'm standing here, and you're telling me that you've just noticed me now? If that's the case, you might have a vision problem. Hay, you should consider carefully and do not pick a blind one."
Kevin replied, "That's because my eyes only have Hay in them, you are not even in my sight. Hay, let's go for dinner. I'll tell you about some news in a bit. Should we go to my hotel or yours today? Or maybe we can go home and eat."
He was in the middle of renovating his house in Lake Edge, so dining at home would mean going to Hayden's house.
After all, he was already a regular visitor.
Hayden sighed helplessly, "There's so many people watching. Kevin, can't you leave me some dignity?"
Kevin took her hand and led her outside, saying with a smile, "We're being open about our relationship, not concealing anything. What's there to be ashamed about? Everyone in Jensburg is well aware of our relationship."
Looking at his smug expression, Hayden wanted to give him a kick.
Hugh walked beside the two and said, "Kevin, you invited my brother to dinner, but not me? Be careful, I might try to sow discord between you and Hayden by saying bad things about you in front of him."
Kevin responded confidently, "Hay knows what kind of a person I am and trusts me. You should go out with your confidantes more, and if you meet someone suitable, settle down with them. Don't let Hay worry about your love life."
Hugh was speechless.
As for Hayden's bodyguards, they were already invisible.
