Chapter 7 Make Him Pay

Keira could not bear the look in Victor’s eyes and turned to Otto for help.

Otto was frightened and immediately tried to leave. He did not want to get involved in this mess.

Little did he know, Keira had no intention of letting him off the hook. She raised her voice solemnly. “Dr. Pinazzi, there’s a gun on the second shelf behind you. Could you please fetch it for me?”

Keira initially wanted to wield the gun herself, but on second thought, she realized having the gun in her hand would probably terrify this group of people even more. After all, they did not trust her at the moment.

Therefore, she changed her approach, saying, “Never mind, you don’t have to give it to me. Just aim the gun at Joseph’s head. If he tries to take me away, shoot him in the head.”

Joseph widened his eyes in shock.

Keira’s request shocked Otto. Curious, He checked the shelf and was surprised to find the gun.

Victor narrowed his eyes. How did Kay know the gun was there?

“No!” Joseph’s face turned pale with fear. He desperately tried to move backward.

Keira must be crazy! I must leave immediately! I don’t want to die here!

His cowardly behavior annoyed Keira even more..

It was getting late. Victor’s arm was bleeding again, and Keira needed Otto to treat it. She wondered if there would be time to do something she liked after Otto finished treating him.

With that in mind, she nestled in Victor’s embrace and commanded languidly, “Mr. Cruz, please get more people to tie this. person up. Then, gag him and throw him outside!”

She recalled on this day in her past life, the storm had only stopped for a moment and continued until the following afternoon.

Let the heavy rain wash away Joseph’s wicked soul!

As Mr. Cruz stepped forward to restrain Joseph, Keira added, “By the way, he dirtied the carpet and broke the antique porcelain vase. Remember to pack them up and send them to the Flint family to make them pay!”

In the heat of the moment, she had impulsively grabbed an antique vase to hit Joseph. However, she had no plan to pay it herself. Still, a few million was nothing to Victor.

Fortunately, Joseph had already been thrown out of the house. Otherwise, he would probably be even more furious upon hearing Keira’s words.

On one hand, Otto grumbled as he bandaged Victor’s wound again, reminding him not to exert too much force and to rest. Then, Mr. Cruz politely asked him to leave.

As for Keira, she could not help but flinch under Victor’s

Seeing how scared she was and utterly different from her aggressive stance earlier, Victor felt a tightness in his chest.

Suddenly, he lifted her by the waist with one hand and carried her toward the room with determined strides.

“Ah” Keira screamed in surprise at suddenly being lifted off the ground. She instinctively grabbed onto Victor’s shirt, pressing her whole body against him.

The room was not far, but the feeling of her soft body unintentionally touching his iron–hard muscles made his steps more

white dress apart, turning it into rags before he casually threw it off the bed.

Keira felt the cool air on her skin. The next thing she knew, Victor was closing in, his heavy form above her. He kissed and nibbled her lips erratically, leaving her short of breath. She soon found herself shrouded in his faint, woody fragrance.

It was only after Victor vented out all his frustration and insecurity that his deep–set eyes regained some clarity. He stared into Keira’s crystal–clear eyes, so captivated by them that he almost lost control

At the same time, he could not resist wondering if Keira’s change of attitude was due to her quarrel with Joseph. If that was the case, would she relent if Joseph apologized? Would they return to being at odds with each other?

If he had not witnessed Keira being so lively and charming, perhaps he could console himself by thinking that everything. would be fine as long as they were together. But after today’s experience, how could he bear Keira distancing herself from his again

Keira understood Victor’s unease. She hooked her arm around his neck, kissing him delicately on his ears, checks, and neck before gradually moving down.

Victor was momentarily slow to react and let Keira do as she pleased. Until… he could not endure it anymore

He never expected to receive such passionate attention from Keira. He wished time would stop so they could forever stay in this moment of intimacy. However…

“Keira! Look at me! I am not Joseph he growled hoarsely. His voice was filled with suppressed turmoil and struggle. He restrained himself to the point where his veins bulged. He never imagined something so pleasurable could be so agonizing to endure

Previously, he lost control in fits of jealousy and took her regardless of her will. This time, he desperately wanted Keira’s confirmation that she did not imagine him as someone else.

“I know! I’ve always known it’s you, Victor, Keira responded in an uncharacteristically gentle tone. She smiled subtly and pecked his cheek. Then, she leaned close to Victor’s ear and blew gently. “Victor, you’re the only one I want.”

Taking advantage of Victor’s momentary astonishment, Keira exerted force with her legs, closing the distance between them, and flipped them over.

In the dimly lit room, the bedside lamp swayed gently to the rhythm of their movements.

The pillow was pushed to the floor. Keira’s long hair splayed on the bed as Victor trapped her beneath him. Their bodies were engrossed in a sensual dance until the first sign of dawn and the rain ceased.

Victor awoke early, abruptly opening his eyes. He gazed at Keira, sleeping soundly beside him, confirming that last night was not a dream.

With her eyes closed, she seemed closer, exuding a gentler and more intimate aura. Her lips were rosy and moist, and her fair cheeks were tinged with a blush, bearing reminders of last night’s struggle and intimacy.

Victor gently traced her slightly reddened lips. Sensing his movement, Keira turned towards him, snuggling closer. Her head, crowned with fluffy hair, nuzzled against his shoulder. She inhaled his comforting scent and fell back into deep sleep.

When Keira finally woke up, it was already late morning. She opened her eyes and saw Victor’s handsome face magnified. before her.

“Mmun. I’m so happy. She planted a kiss on Victor’s lips. Her face beamed with self–satisfaction.

She wondered why her foolish past self ignored the handsome Victor and pursued Joseph. She could not fathom what had clouded her once clever mind.

Seeing Victor awkwardly turn away and his earlobes blushing. Keira’s eyes sparkled even more.

OW my, why is my dear Torry to adorable? I think I love him more and more as I

gaze at him!

Keira happily twisted and turned in the bed like an excited puppy. Victor, initially able to resist his urges, now found himself. ignited by Keira’s playful antics. His large hands firmly gripped her waist, and desire burned in his eyes.
