Chapter 21: Getting Ready

The sex that we have is the best that I’ve ever had. We do it everywhere inside the house and how outside in the pool. Where next? I thought. I’m going to give him everything I have, I‘ m going to submit my love and body to him. I’ll never find another man like him.

I’m so nervous about this show! I must practice for this show so that I will win. I have one week to get ready for this, so I’m going to ask Brad if he can prepare me. When I get to work today, I’m going to stop at his office first so that I could ask him, I know he has much work to do, but I want this so badly that I’m going to make myself come first before any other model that’s trying to get into a show.

As soon as I arrived at work, I went straight up to Brad’s office. He was sitting at his desk flipping through the paper when I scared the shit out of him. He was surprised to see me inside. his office because I’m never at work this early and especially in his office. I gave him a good morning hug and he hugged me back. His hug was more sensual than mine and I started to think to myself, “He must have some feelings for me because I felt it when he hugged me. He hasn’t said anything to me about it, but I can just feel it.”

“Hmm, maybe I can use this for his help to get me ready for the show!”

“I’m great! I have this show to prepare for and I wanted to ask you if you would help me prepare since you’re the best at what you do?” I said,

“Of course, I will. You know I’d help you with anything!” Brad replied.

“Awe, that’s good to know. I’m so nervous about this, I’m probably going to mess it up, I said.

“You won’t. You’re too beautiful and sexy to mess anything up!” Brad replied in a soft voice.

“Wow. Thank you again, Brad. I appreciate it,” I said.

“When would you like my help?” Brad asked.

“The show is next week, so I’m thinking if you can help me practice for the next three days, I should be good!” I replied.

“Great! I’ll do that. I have some photoshoots but I can cancel a few of them and re–schedule them for next week.” Brad said.

“Really? I can’t believe you would do that for me!” I replied.

“I told ya, I’d do anything to help you,” Brad said with a smirk.

“Thank you. We can start tomorrow if that’s okay with you?” I asked.

“That’s fine. I’m going to give my one model a call today and reschedule her,” Brad replied.

“John guess what! Brad is going to help me get ready for the show next week!” I said,

“That’s great! He is the best at what he does. I think he will really help you prepare for the big day!” John replied with a smile.

“He said we can start tomorrow!” I replied.

“That’s great! This will help you, but I think you got this!” John said..

After we finished talking, I went into my small office and did some research on how to prepare for a fashion show.

The first thing I read and was surprised about was, that models should wear loose–fitting clothes, so we do not get wrinkle marks on our bodies. I’m figuring that’s the main thing about preparing for a show. Then I read: Undergarments should be a nude color, pamper myself the day before the show, get plenty of rest, drink a lot of water, shave, and lotion my whole body so that I glow.

“I can do this,” I thought to myself.

As I kept researching, I came across things to bring with me: It suggests a book, heels, cards, a portfolio, and a few snacks. Reading further it said that models should detoxify by doing some workouts, and drink a gallon of water a week before, “I better start drinking it now!” Also, drink protein smoothies.

On the day of the show, the make–up artist will use face enhancements on my face, then I will get my hair done by the

hairdresser, the make–up artist will put the make–up on all parts of my body, damn, they will even do laser hair removal or waxing all hair off of the skin.

“WOW. After researching all this, it does seem like a lot to get ready for, thankfully I have Brad to help me prepare. He’s done this many, many times and he knows what to do!”

I’m gonna need an alcoholic drink after getting ready for this.

I’m glad Leila is coming in today. can’t wait to tell her all of this. I’m hoping that she will stay for the show, maybe I will be less nervous if she’s out in the audience watching. When she arrives here I’m going to ask her if she would stay and I’ll pay for everything. I’ll even pay her to take more time off work since I’m making tons of money and with the show next week if I win I’ll make even more money.

Leila just texted me and said, “She will be at the airport in two hours.” “I’ll be there to pick you up,” I responded with a happy face.
