“You mentioned Lazarus turned to witches for help, do you think Victor has done the same?” Adira asked.

“I think so.” I held her hand in mine “I-I know that’s how my memories were lost. Victor must have gotten another coven to do his bidding.”

“This changes everything Rhys.” Adira sighs tiredly “We don’t stand a chance against witches without help. We need to call River, he’ll know what to do.”

“I agree. We will take care of it in the morning.” I say not wanting to talk more on the subject, then lifted my head to look up at her “Do you forgive me? About Erica I mean.”

Adira chuckled and shook her head “There’s nothing to forgive Rhys. I understand the situation besides, you’re fully mated to me. I’m not worried about anything.
