All you need is - Immortality [COMPLETED]

Chapter IN SEARCH OF A REASON. PART THREE.

And all this happened under the painful cries of both robots.

Wires and parts of robots were scattered around the arena.

People who were on the ground floor ran straight to the arena to pick up a wire or arm.

"Tell me, why do they need these parts of robots?"

"Probably to feel the victory."

"Yundoran! Do you hear me?"

With delight on his face, he looked at me and said, "I've never seen anything like this! These robots, they're great! Hang on! Where are you going?"

"I need to get some fresh air."

After quickly going down, I tried to pass by a robot named Fire as quickly as possible. I didn't want him to see me at all.

Feeling a faint nausea and pain in my head, I finally found myself outside the door of this room.

"Do you need to get some fresh air?" a robot in a red hat asked me.

"Yes. Can you tell me how to get out of here?"

"Just walk right down this corridor and at the very end you will see a ladder. That's what's going to take you straight into town."

Smiling at him, I wanted to leave, but the robot stopped me with the words, "This is the first time."

"What's the first time?"

"That man smiles at me."

Now, on the silver face of this seemingly insensitive robot was the strongest sadness. Suddenly, I thought that these creatures without a soul and a heart, have the most real feelings and I felt sorry for all those robots that were now in the arena.

"What do you mean?"

The robot, as if thinking about something, lowered his eyes down and replied, "It is good when a person can smile. Thank you."

I had nothing to say to him, and I just smiled again and walked away quickly. Suddenly, a sense of shame overshadowed my thoughts, and I could not forget the expression on the face of this lonely robot that stood at the very end of a dark corridor, waiting for a smile from a man.

When I was in the "open air" I took a deep breath, but from the air, which for many years did not see freshness, I only felt worse. My head spun even stronger and there were still sounds of iron in my ears, which was beating and breaking. And also, these cries of people, how I wanted to forget about them.

Standing in a nook, where there were old abandoned cars and lay a whole bunch of broken robots, I suddenly felt a certain anxiety that made me go further.

Forward, I was driven by my anxiety and I did not even know that my intuition suddenly began to tell me what to do and where to go.

As I walked forward, I felt my heart beating fast, and it beat even harder when a completely new and terrible picture appeared before my eyes.

I immediately recognized Comet, even if he was lying on the ground, and even if "he" was surrounded by a few young guys and one girl.

Trying not to make a sound, Comet continued to lie as if he didn't care that he was being beaten by these people.

Punch after punch, these young men did not give him a word to say.

Comet, on the other, continued to pretend that "he" was a rock.

"What are you doing?"

Turning in my direction, four guys in dark glasses said in one voice, "It's none of your business. Go where you're going."

"Are you clones? Why do you sound like you came out of the same incubator?"

Meanwhile, Comet, raising his head, looked at me and "his" face wasn’t showing any emotion.

"Don't worry," I thought.

"Go away while we are still kind. It's none of your business!" shouted the guy, who was the tallest among everyone.

"If you don't stop doing what you're doing..."

"Then what? What are you going to do to us?"

Since I didn't have very good fighting skills, I still decided to try and hit someone in the face.

To my surprise, I was able to make this guy fall to the floor.

As I understood, all of them did not have a highly developed mind, and their thoughts seemed to be the same.

As soon as their "leader" fell and screamed in pain, they all ran up to him, and I helped Comet to his feet.

"Are you alright? Doesn't it hurt?"

"I'm fine."

I knew that he was in pain, but despite that, he didn't have a drop of blood on him.

“Who do you think you are?!”

I turned back and now, in front of me was a girl with red hair.

And four guys, holding iron sticks, looked at me. But it was obvious from them that they did not really want to participate in further combat.

"How are you not ashamed? And why did you beat him up like that? What will you get out of it?"

"Who are you?"

"How dare you stop us!" shouted the tall man, just rising from the ground.

Grabbing me by the collar, he pressed me against the wall. Now that he was without glasses, I noticed that the color of his eyes was orange. And why do people like to change their eye colors?

I didn't feel fear or anything else. I was just looking at his orange-colored eyes, and I was wondering what was going on in his brain.

"You look like you know a lot. But it doesn't give you the power to stop us," he said, while looking at me at such a close distance that I had to turn my head aside.

"Do you even know what this being is? Do you even know who created it?"

Unable to smell his mouth, I pushed him slightly, and he fell again. Apparently, these young men were not as strong as they seemed.
