30 Days Till I Divorce My Husband

Chapter 285

Chapter 285
Estrella chuckled, “What could possibly be up with us? It is what it is.”
Jason rolled over to face her and quipped, “Honey, don’t just focus on my back, work the front a bit too, will ya?”
Jason turned over, leaving Estrella momentarily at a loss. She raised her hand and gave his chest a playful slap, saying,
“Behave.”
Jason caught her hand in his, “How about a little hand and arm massage?”
Estrella made a face of mock disgust, but still took hold of his hand, giving it a half-hearted knead.
By the time she had worked her way from his palm up to his arm and shoulders, Estrella even took care to massage the nape of
his neck. “Roll back over, it’s easier that way.”
Jason was tired, and Estrella could feel the tension in his muscles.
Instead of rolling back, however, Jason wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her onto him. “This way is more
comfortable for you.”
Estrella sat astride Jason’s hips, her expression dark, and she chuckled, “Jason, which fancy spa have you been visiting? Which
masseuse taught you this?”
It was clear to Estrella that the massage was just a front for his playful advances, a ploy to have her cater to him.
Jason gently kneaded Estrella’s hands and said, “Every day is a whirlwind. Got no time for spas. Just wanted to take a good look
at you.”
After placing her hands on his shoulders, Estrella pinched him hard enough to make a point, “I’ve been spoiling you.”
As she was about to get up, Jason gently pulled her back down by the nape of her neck and drew her close for a kiss. His other
hand guided hers down as he teasingly said, “Babe, you’re so good, I’m all set even before you got here.”
“Jason, you...” Before Estrella could finish her sentence, she was overwhelmed by his kiss. The next moment, he flipped her
under him, kissing her face, her collarbones, and tugging at her nightie’s straps.

Jason’s tenderness was exquisite, prompting Estrella to ask, “Not tired anymore?”
He didn’t respond immediately, but after returning to her lips, he said, “No matter how tired I am, I am never too tired for this.”
With that, he stopped playing nice.
While the two of them were lost in their passion, Isaac was sleeping soundly across the room, completely undisturbed.
After their storm of love had passed, Jason held Estrella in his arms, utterly content with the life he had always dreamed of.
Tucked in his embrace, a weary Estrella glanced at him, “Next time, use protection.”
Jason kissed her softly, “Don’t want any barriers between us,” and with that, he was on her again.
Estrella thought to herself. “He just wanted his own pleasure.”
Pinned down by Jason, Estrella gasped, “Handle the birth control yourself. You’ve got experience.”
Jason kissed her lips again, murmuring, “Let nature take its course.”
Three years ago, he had done everything possible to avoid pregnancy. Now, three years later, he was hoping for it. How the
table had turned.
“Mmm...” As Jason teased her, Estrella moaned ambiguously, then stated, “Jason, you know, a child won’t tie me down.”
“I know,” Jason replied.
With that, he kissed her again, and Estrella, wrapping her arms around his neck, responded to his passion. In this department, at
least, he certainly passed with flying colors.
The next morning, Estrella woke to find the world outside blanketed in thick snow. Jason wasn’t by her side. His and Isaac’s
laughter drifted from the living room, full of cheer.
Estrella lazily draped her arm over her eyes, sensing a pleasant atmosphere. After lounging in bed for a bit, she was about to get
up when Isaac came in with a toy airplane, excitedly reporting, “Mommy, it’s snowing!”
Estrella glanced out the window, noting the heavy snow on the neighboring rooftops. She stroked Isaac’s hair as Jason entered.
“You’re up.”He kissed her cheek, “Breakfast is ready.”

Isaac also planted a kiss on her face, “Time to get up, Mommy.”
Jason, noticing Isaac trying to outdo him, kissed Estrella again, declaring, “This is my wife.”
Isaac defiantly kissed Estrella as well, “My mommy.”
And so, the playful battle ensued, each claiming their half of Estrella with a kiss.
With all the smooching, Estrella sat bolt upright with a “Enough!” Then she added, “You’ve covered my face in drool.”
Jason grabbed her chin and planted a passionate French kiss on her lips, leaving Isaac wide-eyed. Scrambling up with his little
legs, Isaac cuddled into Estrella’s arms, wanting the same affection.
Jason held Isaac back with a finger, “Buddy, that’s a no-go for you. Wait till you’ve got a wife of your own.”
When Jason forbade him, Isaac turned to Estrella, who ruffled his curly hair, “Sweetheart, that’s how Daddy kisses Mommy. You
just give mommy a kiss on the cheek.”
Isaac hugged her neck and planted a long kiss on her cheek.
In these warm moments, Estrella nearly forgot all about the past troubles and the conflicts she had with Jason.
Soon after, once Estrella was ready, Jason took her and Isaac downstairs to play in the snow. It was winter break, and the
courtyard was bustling with kids. Isaac was no longer shy, and with his parents by his side, he eagerly mingled and tried to make
friends. While other kids had a snowball fight, Isaac dodged and weaved, full of laughter.
Watching Isaac’s rare happiness and energy warmed Estrella’s heart. It seemed that Jason was doing a fine job as a father, and
it was no wonder Isaac was becoming more outgoing.
Gazing at Isaac for a long moment, Estrella noticed Jason’s eyes resting on her. With a light-hearted chuckle, she said, “Jason,
thank you.”
Estrella’s polite gratitude was met with Jason’s arms wrapping around her from behind, his lips planting a gentle kiss on her chilly
cheek. “It’s the least I could do,” he murmured.
While locked in Jason’s embrace, Estrella spotted some kids tossing snowballs at Isaac. Her voice vibrant with a mix of alarm
and excitement, Estrella called out, “Honey, turn. around! Don’t try to catch the snowballs with your face.”

At Estrella’s command, Isaac swiftly ducked, and the snowball sailed harmlessly overhead.
Isaac’s quick reflexes drew a burst of laughter from Estrella, her smile shining bright and beautiful.
Jason watched as Estrella’s nose turned a rosy red from the cold, and memories flooded back of a similar snowy day three years
ago when she had taken a tumble. Pulling her in even closer, he whispered, “Estrella, I’m so sorry.”
Every recollection of the past, every misunderstanding he had about her, gnawed at him with a twinge of guilt.
